Holding space for mystery and healing
Listening to this podcast is like having a deep, heartfelt conversation with a good friend. It inspires me, lifts me up, challenges me, and grounds me into being the person I already am and the person I am becoming. There is so much richness and depth in this podcast. I love the way Amber seamlessly weaves through topics of ancestry, spirit, healing, herbal medicine, music, and birth. I appreciate her commitment to racial justice in this healing space, and bringing an array of voices and perspectives, including black, indigenous and people of color in the choices of the people she interviews. This podcast definitely is not for everyone. If you are someone who believes that the only way to knowledge is through logic and science, then maybe you should search elsewhere for your listening. But if you are someone who values science and logic and who also holds space for mystery, spirit, ancestral knowledge and communion, herbal healing, and intuitive wisdom, then this podcast is for you! I also have to say this is my first review of anything ever, so it speaks volumes to how moved I am by this podcast to review it. Thank you Amber!
