Super Relatable

It's my first time listening to the podcast and I really enjoyed it. Scott and Amanda are so funny and they play well off of each other. Their chemistry really reminds me of my own relationship and has inspired me to want to create my own podcast. I like how relatable they are I really feel like I'm in the room with my friends when I listen to the show. The energy is very relaxed and laid back and I can listen at anytime I love how conversational and natural the show is. They're not interviewing each other it's just two people talking about things that we can all relate to. I subscribed to the show because I love the discussions and the nostalgia of the topics they discuss.

Great pop culture banter

Amanda and Scott do a great job with a general topic format. They’re a close couple and it shows; their banter is effortless & funny and their topics feel unforced and organic. There’s something here for everyone: talk of side hustles becoming careers (Amanda has a successful Etsy), deep dives into pro wrestling lore, and pop culture speculation. I look forward to hearing how the show progresses! Subbed!

Spook hill

This guy talked all over the female host barely letting her get a word in edgewise during her first story and throughout the podcast. It was infuriating to listen to. He kept talking about how he knew of the story first, that he found the story, he steered her to that story, he knew the list of spooky rules, even going as far as hijacking her story to read the rules instead of just letting her tell her story. Her story sounded so compelling and they both mentioned that there was much more to it yet she maybe went over 5% of it and was only able to talk for maybe a couple of minutes without him interrupting which was very unsatisfying. This proved to be a running theme for the rest of the podcast. Definitely won’t be listening to this one again. Essentially if you’re interested in a man bulldogging his female host and indulging in an ceaseless ego trip this podcast is for you 👌Not to mention the mic levels were all over the place and her mic was obviously turned much lower than his.
