Grateful new vegan!

I have been vegan for only a few months so far, and Live Planted has helped me with making the switch and staying the course. In the area I live in, being vegan and “less waste” is sort of taboo and unheard of. This podcast helps sooo much, not only with such helpful tips and information, but with lifting the sense of loneliness and confusion that can come with becoming a new vegan.

Practical, Sustainable, Joyful!

I love the ethos of this podcast. Veganism and sustainability get such a false rap for being difficult. Alyssa talks about both these subjects from a PRACTICAL, compassionate stance. As Maya Angelou says, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” Alyssa’s knowledge, passion, and guest interviews inspire me to do better – it’s the least we can do each day for ourselves and our planet.

Take the hassle out Zero Waste/ Vegan

I recently took the plunge into Veganism and a friend recommended this podcast to me! I’ve been binge listening ever since. It can feel overwhelming and like you are inconveniencing yourself or others around you to make such a big lifestyle change! This podcast will keep you from feeling alone and take the hassle out of the whole process! #lifesnotthatserious

Definitely a binge-worthy podcast

As a vegan with no vegan friends, I usually turn to YouTube to hear about other vegan ideas and conversations. I was recently looking to find a podcast to listen to as its a lot easier to listen while multi-tasking. I found a few other zero waste/vegan podcasts that hadn’t stuck but then I stumbled upon live planted. It combine the two aspects I was looking for and constantly reminds that life isn’t that serious, we are perfectly imperfect and we should always try to do our best. Alyssa also talks about a big enough range of topics to always keep you engaged with something new.

Thank you 😊

Thank you for the information and your perspectives on vegan as well as zero waste. I’m new to vegan (eating vegan all but honey for about a year and recently the honey stopped) and even newer to some of the zero waste. You give great info and lots of things to think about and how to put into practice in my life. Something to help would be “do this instead” which you do in a lot of ways. ? for you. Yogurt. Do you make your own or purchase? I’ve tried many times to make my own and still working on it. Thank you ♥️☀️🌺

This is my favorite podcast

I love this podcast because it’s informative without being too difficult to understand, it’s encouraging, it covers such a broad array of topics, & there’s always interesting guests. The best part about this podcast is that Alyssa talks about veganism & zero waste in a kind & approachable manner with absolutely no judgement, which makes this podcast great for anybody interested in being kinder to themselves and/or the earth.
