After Leanne's beaten body was found in bushland at Ipswich, Queensland in 1991, her sister's boyfriend, Graham Stafford, was convicted and jailed. However he was set free in 2009 and his conviction quashed on appeal. A retrial was ordered but one did not go ahead. So, who killed Leanne Holland? Over several episodes we will closely examine the history, myths, untruths, and stories surrounding the characters at the very heart of this case. For the first time, a new perspective of this brutal murder and its aftermath will be revealed.

One of the best Iโ€™ve heard

Lately I have been almost borderline obsessed with true crime podcasts.. and other than the very detailed series โ€˜In the Darkโ€™ especially season 2, this is hands down one of the best I have yet listened too. The case is exceptionally drawn out without any bias from show narrative at all and all evidence is covered and discussed. If you like unsolved crimes, especially ones which you are able to come to your own conclusions after hearing evidence and narratives from people involved, I highly doubt you wonโ€™t love this well written series. I highly enjoyed listening to it... ( which I binged all in one day! LoL)

Story told well

Really enjoyed the listen. A couple of times my ears were invaded with abrupt too loud sounds but I still give it five stars.

This one haunts me

I binge listened a few months ago and am thinking I might have to go back and listen again. I usually have a strong opinion after open ended pods but this one, not so much. There are some sound quality issues, but the story more than makes up for it.

Despite cheesy & cliche title, this is an an excellent podcast!

It sounded interesting, but the title and blurry poloroid-ish cover photo was turn off - I assumed this would be just anouther podcast created in someone's basement and read like a high school paper.Fortunately, I was wrong. It's very well done, plrofessional, well-written & told, full of plot twists! A definatinte must listen. Actually, Plot Twist would be a good name for this podcast. It's compelling and binge-worthy.

Very good

I really am enjoying this story. The interviewer and host are very good. I only have two complaints... one is how long we have to wait in between episodes. I should have waited until mall episodes were released before I started the podcast. The other thing is more of a request. There is very loud busy music played while the woman is speaking. It makes it very hard to focus on the words. I find it very distracting. Could the background music be turned down when people are speaking? Otherwise, great podcast. I'm totally convinced (since episode 1 all the way through episode 8) that Graham is guilty. You can tell by how he talks. He has to calculate everything he says. Good job on the podcast and thanks

Well Done

As a longtime fan of the true crime genre, I'm very picky about the podcasts I listen to. I like true crime podcasts that are well produced with top notch storytelling. After listening to a few episodes, I'm impressed with everything I've seen and heard. This story is compelling and well worth a listen!

Might try again later

The audio isn't the greatest and it makes it kind of hard to understand what's going on.
