I have just returned from a 10 day holiday to the beaches of Sydney with my girls and I can't think of a better time than now to talk about how you can get back on track after a holiday or even just some time away from a consistent approach to your health and wellness.
While on holidays I did NOTHING but eat a crazy amount of takeaway and ice-cream, do almost NO exercise and slept in almost EVERY day! I am now back to my regular life and like many of you, I now feel sluggish, fat, uninspired, unmotivated and my want to do anything for my health and well-being is at an all time low.
In this podcast I will talk about how I will get back on track and find that motivation once again to put my health and wellness as a number 1 priority once again.
