Too fast story telling.
I listen to strictly true crime podcasts-just what my interest is. I tried this one today after hearing it advertised. It’s really rushed, fast talking, lots of run on type sentences etc. It has a bit of an unprofessional vibe to me. Having said all of this, I didn’t make it through the first episode. It could get better.

It’s absolutely disgusting that you make everything seem like Cameron Hooker’s fault when Janice Hooker was just as culpable as he was. Blaming everything on him and letting her get away scot free with everything she did to help him is disgusting and disrespectful to the victims. Do better

Okay but could use improvement
While the selection is good the show really needs a better production team if it even has one. Savannah should check the pronunciation of words before she reads the script and try to keep a cadence. It’s just distracting and I had to stop listening after a while.

Too many ads
I get this is your job, but I use to listen regularly and I constantly have to skip thru the ads. At this point it’s like trying to listen to a tv and it’s frustrating.

I love Savannah!! I love this podcast! I listen to alot of podcasts, have for about 12 years! I just can’t believe I didn’t find this podcast until now.! No Research
I listened to the Bricca episode.. 39 minutes? And at least 10 minutes were ads. If any research were done on this it would take 2 hours. Disappointing.

Grammar issues
A good speaking voice but I also had to stop listening because of grammar issues. “He” or “She” is the subject of a sentence. You never start a sentence with “him” or “het”. Also, if what you are talking about is plural you should say “there are…” not “there is…”

Your grammar is awful “He had gave” and I challenge you to count every time you start a sentence with “Now…” Lazy! You can do better!

I like her voice and the stories but the ads are out of control. There will be an ad she talks for a few minutes and then boom another one. It’s too distracting. Sorry not for me.

BEST PODCAST EVER
This is the best podcast ever. I am always listening to it. I only wish that Sav would post twice a week haha! She explains everything better than I have ever heard. Her voice is soothing and she is absolutely amazing. I hope Sav sees this! I have been watching her on youtube for years when she would just post her favorite songs and different playlists ❤️

Too many ads and not enough talking
I like this podcasts honestly but as I continue to listen it’s starting to seem it’s all about the ads and money. Ain’t no way the podcast 35 min long and 10min of it is ads.

Amateurish
I guess the host might have potential, but it’s going to take a lot of work on her part. His sounds like a middle schooler giving a report on a subject she exclusively pulled from Wikipedia. I can’t get past the mispronounced, misused words and cadence.

I used to love listening to this podcast but the usage of howevers in every episode was really annoying. This makes me sad because I like her voice when she tells the stories
