Refreshing!

Easy banter. Informative and thought-provoking. When the world serves up a heavy dose of craziness, listening to Jon and Maria is a great retreat. ~ d.j. posner

Grounding and Reaffirming

When the news of the world tries to overtake me, it's listening to Jon and Maria and their honest and open discussions that I find myself slowing down in breath, feeling at ease, and reassured that there is so much good in the world. There is something about hearing about life on the farm with the animals, creativity and the ritual of farm life that is soothing balm to my soul.Thank you Jon and Maria for talking about really matters.

Mystics...

I have been following these two for years. Their lives are such powerful examples of creativity and empathy and compassion. When Maria wrote/talked about the experience of saving her young self and parenting the inner child it gave me chills. Keep it up!

Narcissism at its finest

I gave this a chance, but I lost interest—these two think that they’re a lot more interesting than they actually are. With so many great podcasts available, this one has nothing to distinguish it from a very large pack.

Two Seasoned Creatives on a Farm, with much to offer

I've been reading the blogs of both Katz and Wulf for some years, which are a mix of powerful writing and photography, loosely accumulating (like blogs do)--sometimes many entries in a single day, sometimes one or none (a little bit like human weather). I don't know why but initially I was worried the jump to podcasting would not work--would not suit this open, loosely aggregating, piling-up style of the everyday. But I was wrong. The podcast is great. Katz and Wulf still talk about and live in the everyday, the podcast drops now and then, the topics run from this and that...but somehow it works without a lot of formal wing dings (established segments, pre-determined formats). I suppose the podcast's success is a combination of their chemistry and what they know and have to offer at this point in their lives, which is significant. So: this is a great podcast that I am enjoying immensely. It is the record of two seasoned creatives, living on a farm, alive and well in the early 21C, who know what they are doing. Thanks for the podcast.
