I adore her!

Rachel’s podcast is so fun to listen to. I love her positive, charismatic, positive attitude. I know every time I put on the podcast I will have a better day and learn something knew. I want to be her friend and I just love listening to her!!

A must listen for all!

From the guests to the interviews hands down one of the best podcasts out there. You can count on Rachel to bring in the best guests and foster meaningful and enlightening conversations, so glad I found JTGS!

Love her!

Rachel is so cute!!! I listen to her podcast on my morning walks and it makes them go by so quick. People probably think I’m a psycho because I walk around my neighborhood and crack up to rachel in my AirPods 😂 She’s super honest and open about everything. Also obviously love her recipes 🤤 Highly recommend

Love so far!

I really love these interviews and feel like I have learned so much! Something I noticed is Rachel talks very slowly and clearly in the first few episodes. Now I am getting to the recent/current episodes she is speaking so fast it is hard to understand and makes me sort of anxious. Slow down Rachel!!! Love the podcast!

Insightful interviews

I recently started listening to this podcast while running or exercising and absolutely love it. Rachel’s interviews and insightful and cover a range of topics. I love the openness and familiarity she has with each of her guests. Definitely a recommended listen.

The best podcast!!

Definitely my favorite podcast out there. Rachel is so down to earth and this podcast makes me feel like I’m in a conversation with a best friend. She is always interviewing the best people and provides such great insight into all different types of wellness topics. My favorite episodes so far have included ones with Alisa Vitti & Kelly Leveque.

Worth the listen!!

I’ve been a longtime follower of Rachel’s and I love listening to Just The Good Stuff podcast each week. Each guest that comes onto the podcast provides a unique expertise and informative outlook on multiple health/wellness topics. Rachel’s humor provides a lightheartedness that keeps the podcasts funny and genuine. She provides realistic and applicable ways to improve your health and wellness with each episode. Everyone can take away something informative once they finish an episode. I highly recommend!

I look forward to every new episode!

This is hands down my favorite podcast. I used to think people who listened to podcasts while running were crazy, but this podcast has totally converted me. I throw this on and I feel like I’m on a run with friends - it is SO conversational and casual and informative. I love it so much that I literally ration out the episodes like cookies so that I don’t go through them all at once!! Thank you Rachel, you are a rockstar!

Great guests, lacking depth

I love this gal’s recipes, and her podcast has amazing guests that I am usually excited to listen to since most ‘wellness’ people do the same circuit and I’ve heard them on other podcasts. Unfortunately, I get frustrated by Rachel talking about herself a lot, and the guests have to redirect her on each episode to return to the topic and their knowledge. There is a REAL lack of good questioning and research before the guest as well, which makes the interviews look poorly prepared for, especially when you compare to other high-quality interviewers in the space like Kelly LeVeque and Mind,Body, Green. I listen for the guests but the interviewing style frustrates...

Like talking to your best friend...

I have followed Rachel for quite a while and LOVE that she now has a podcast. I listen while I’m walking or cooking and it feels like two friends having a casual conversation. Rachel asks incredible questions and is always real and honest. There have been so many times that a guest says something that I don’t know the meaning of, and immediately Rachel asks the question in my head! She is unapologetically authentic and so open to learning and hearing different opinions of so many informative guests! Ps I’m a Kombucha fanatic and love that she loves it just as much:)

Good pleasant podcast!

I have listen to podcasts often about wellness, and try to mix it up, but I find myself often gravitating towards Rachel’s. She is relatable, asks good honest questions, seems to put the interviewee at ease, and just seems like a nice and grounded person! I value how much she appreciated her family and how honest she is about her life (good and difficult parts). And her recipes are really good! I hope you continue your podcast Rachel!

Skeptic to Believer

Living in NYC too, something about Rachel feels connected to me. When she released her podcast I kind of wondered hmm... what will she speak on? Will I like it? And now here I find myself with two episodes left after binging the entire library in three long car trips and I don’t want them to end!!! I love her style of interviewing her guests. It’s like listening in on friends chatting. It’s entertaining, informative, joyful, and uplifting. THANK YOU RACHEL for waking up one morning and making this pod happen.

Lighthearted and fun

I look forward to new episodes of Just The Good Stuff every week. Rachel is dynamic, funny, and it seems like she’s so comfortable with her guests. She’s truly in her element. Even if I’m unfamiliar with the guest, I find that I still really enjoy the episode. If you love following her for her recipes and lifestyle content and seeing her adorable son on Instagram, you’ll love the podcast.

Worth a listen but also worth some work

I am a longtime Instagram follower of Rachel’s and purchased her cookbook (which I love!) but I do think her podcasts leave something to be desired. Her guests are wonderful, but I often find episodes hard to listen to because they feel disjointed. Rachel is obviously so passionate and excited about the topics that she and her guests discuss, but sometimes her eagerness to interject and contribute her opinions and personal anecdotes get in the way of the story or information of the guest. Of course, Rachel is new to this medium and I understand that she is learning as she goes, but I would recommend that she let her guests lead the conversation more naturally!

I check OFTEN to see if something new is out from rach!

I love love love Rachel’s podcast! I am in college and therefore in a different phase of life than Rachel, but her podcasts are always super engaging, informative, exciting, and new! I listen ASAP on long car rides -to getting ready in the mornings- to doing laundry! THANK YOU RACHEL!

If I could recommend an informative, yet fun podcast to anyone, this would be it! I absolutely love when new episodes come out- it’s truly a highlight of my week. Rachel is SO good at what she does and makes you feel like you’re sitting next to her chatting. If I could meet any podcaster/good blogger, it would be her! Definitely subscribe to this podcast to learn all about food and wellness (or wellbeing, according to her most recent podcast-LOVED) topics from the professionals! :)
