Informative, yet easy going!

I searched all over for podcasts that discussed LSS and finally found the one! This podcast is great, touching on different points within the field of study. The cohosts also bring in other individuals within the field to get their perspective on challenges they’ve faced; as well as what’s worked/tricks of the trade. I highly recommend you subscribe to this podcast if you have any interest in learning how to make your business Lean!

Easy and Informative

An informative podcast! Twice a month, Tracy and Elisabeth discuss relevant topics in leadership and continuous improvement. I like how they bring in real-world examples that I can relate to. Their episode timeline helps me quickly find the parts of the episode I want to listen a second time.

Please bring back the original format!

I am always searching for new and interesting Podcasts to help stay connected with the Lean Six Sigma community. I thought I had found a real gem when I came across the JIT Cafe. Yeah, it was a little corny with the menu and the footsteps walking to the room. But that is what set it apart from the “talk shows” that are a dime a dozen. It was fun, quick moving, helpful, and interesting. However, the format was changed to a typical talk show. It’s just not as good and doesn’t stand out as much as it did. Prior to the change, I would have definitely given it 5 stars. Really miss the Tools of the Trade and the entire “menu” format. I’ll check it out from time to time but I’m back on the hunt for that different and special podcast series.

I got lucky with this podcast

I love this podcast! I was looking for a lean or six sigma podcast and found gold. Tracy and Elisabeth may be the best voices to present and educate the world on LSS! Not only is this show great for the subject matter expertise but it’s production value as a podcast is also impressive. The format is entertaining and valuable. The book recommendations are always great and the news bulletin bring great real world context of LSS concepts in action. Can’t say enough good things about this show.

It’s monthly production is just the right amount of information to stay up to date in the lean six sigma world. My favorite part of the podcast are the interviews with six sigma leaders as they provide insights to their six sigma challenges and how they overcame them. High Quality work!
