Great podcast!

When I listen to this show I feel like I’m hanging out with good friends. Steven and Chris are two of the funniest, most caring and relatable people out there. Thank you for this show, and for being so honest and open with us. It has definately had a positive impact on my life, and I know it has for others as well. ❤️❤️

Heartwarming

This podcast takes something as complex as mental health and talks about it simpler and straightforwardly on the daily. Revealing and validating how it ebs and flows (because no one is happy all the time) which helps to break the stigma. Plus, the various games, topics, and guests keep the show fresh and I can not get enough!

Really cathartic, and very funny ♥️

Hearing mental health check-ins from such a wide range of guests, and keeping up with Steven and Chris’s journeys, is really cathartic to hear. The games at the end always crack me up. This podcast is silly and wonderful and just enough serious and real to still be meaningful.

LOVE this podcast!

I really adore this podcast. I am listening from the beginning a couple years after they began, and I instantly felt so comfortable just listening to these fun and encouraging conversations from two best friends. My favorite kinds of podcasts are the ones that really do feel like a conversation among friends, and the mental health element that this one has is so encouraging to me, as someone who doesn’t have a lot of people in my day to day life who fully understand mental illness. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new favorite podcast!!

Changing lives one dad joke at a time

I love this podcast, this community, and the power they bring to people by breaking the stigma around mental health. They have talked about so many topics that I felt I was completely alone in dealing with, and now I know I have beat friends going through the same things! They can talk about the tough stuff, but can also get silly and play awesome games. (I am dying to play human thesaurus with someone one day)! All in all, 10/10 would recommend. Am recommending. Just listen. And with consent, go hug someone.

Inside jokes

I really enjoy this podcast, there have been times when I was laughing so hard I was crying and later within the same episode it’s hitting me right in the feels. My boyfriend and I have inside jokes from listening to this podcast, I.e episode here comes the bride. I would be your podcast’s bride.

Great podcast

I first heard of this show at PodCon2 and I am tearing through the backlog of episodes at a very fast pace. It can be deep and emotional, but also have me laughing really hard at times. I love how real and honest the hosts are when they are struggling with mental health issues. Even if I don’t have the same experiences, it makes my own struggles feel less lonely.

Digging Deep Delightfully

Whether you know the week's guest or not, Steven and Chris are worth a listen all by themselves. The fact that they can thoughtfully delve such heavy topics and keep things light and funny is pure joy.

This wasn’t the podcast I was looking for, but it is the podcast I needed

These good good boys tackle the subject of mental health. They’re not doctors, they’re not even experts, they’re a couple of my new best friends that share their experiences and help me feel less alone.
