Used to be much better

This show has turned into a 40 minute infomercial. They used to give very helpful and useful advice for comparing specific mutual funds. They are re-playing several clips (multiple times) from past shows trying to make them sound like the person just called, which gives the hosts the opportunity to discuss their controlled advertising agenda. I liked the original show format with Andy and his dad Denny, interacting and giving actual real time real life advice. In 2018 I feel too much time is spent on discussing politics and other useless info that has nothing to do with investment strategy. The recent interviews with people just retiring had very little applicable substance. I don't hate the show, but if you're seeking useful investment advice, this one has become a waste of time.

Good show but needs more content and less personal advertising

Decent investing advice. Don’t understand why only one host isn’t an investment advisor. Doesn’t make sense. They do seem to offer unbiased advice but they do push a lot of advertising for their advisory firm. Which wouldn’t matter if they weren’t biased against certain financial products or types of advisor, think stock brokers and insurance products. I’ve noticed a lot of episodes have repeated segments from previous episodes. Sounds very repetitive. More original content would be great.

There are better

This could be better if they did not cut things out and tell you that if you want to hear the rest go to their website.

Enjoy it

I like this show a lot. Bob and Andy have good on air chemistry. They are very well prepared and cover fun investment topics. While I don't agree with having high cost mutual funds in my portfolio or using an advisor, I like their way of teaching. Bob mentions over and over how complicated investing is to try to lead you to be a client, however, I do not think investing needs to be overly complex. A well diversified portfolio of index funds is simple and effective. I do find it humorous how Bob acts like Andy is the most brilliant man alive. Overall, I really like the show and will keep listening. Thank you Bob and Andy.

Self promoting

This show isn't about how to invest it's about investing with them. Discussing investing in generalities is not a great way to give advice. Anyone that takes investment advice after a two minute phone conversation should just bury their money in the backyard.

Its ok for a couple of weeks

This show is okay for a couple of weeks but they are a little too promotional for me. They need to educate a lot more and people will follow. A very simple rule. Listen to Jill on Money or Ric Edelman.

Informative Show

I have been listening to the show for years and although the format has changed I find the show interesting and informative. I eagerly look forward to every broadcast.

Used to be good but...

I have listened to this podcast weekly for a long time. Recently there was a change in the program. Now instead of hearing Adam's take on not only mutual funds, but the economy in general, it's now mostly two other guys talking and an occasional listener call. Going to have to find a different podcast for my weekly fix.
