Wow! What a story. You telling your story it’s like telling my story with alcohol . I am in my fifties single mom raised my boys on my on own so alcohol was a big part of my everyday life I relied on it for everything till 3 days ago I decided to quit drinking for good I’m sure it’s going to be hard. Because I reached the max to drinking 2 bottles of wine a day and it didn’t work for me anymore I don’t get that feeling buzzed When I realized that I was surprised .I realized its time to face my problems my stress my anxiety my panic attacks and my fear.
