Takes me to the next level

I didn't grow up lifting or hearing the science behind muscle growth and autophagy.As a latecomer who cares more about performance on mountains than the details of how keto etc. works, I love how Mike takes me deeper in to the issues I haven't given enough thought to.And even his deeply science-y shows are still accessible to a non-expert like me.

Big Thanks to Mike

I can’t thank Mike and all of his knowledgeable guests. Without his podcasts I couldn’t have made this progress on Keto and Time Restricted Feeding as well as IF.....Slowly changing, I lost 28lbs on Keto and IF.....and I was fit before, now I feel so much thinner.....no muscle loss. 215 at 5’10 all the way down to 187 💪🏽. Thanks to all of your Podcasts ...I listen every day ....probably have listened to 100 interviews since Jan 1,2019. I’m a nerd!

I can’t express how grateful I am for this podcast and all the valuable information I have garnered from listening. I appreciate the wide array of content and guest speakers - including but not limited to keto, athletic performance, muscle building, blood sugar, gut health, etc. I appreciate how Mike always takes the time to mention how grateful he is for his listeners. It’s one of the best podcasts around. Especially, if you’re interested in improving your health and performance or if you just want to learn more about keto.

Best Health Podcast out there!

I personally love listening to health and nutrition related podcasts during cardio and when I am bored. And after a friend recommended one podcast from you I fell in love with listening to your shows. You go so in depth and in precise detail with everything you explain. Even when you bring guests onto the show, most of the stuff they say might sound very confusing to me and other fans. However you know that and would rephrase all the main points in a much simpler saying. I have learned so much in your podcasts and everything is supported with credible evidence and statistical data. Every time a new episode gets uploaded, I get so excited on what you’ll be talking about. Thank you for everything you do and I plan on purchasing a couple of books from you soon as well!
