Awesome Information

I only came across Adams podcast recently but have powered through the episodes multiple times as it helps me to reinforce the hacks and I’ve turned a lot of them into habits that I do everyday. I really appreciate all of the quality info and I’m sure that anybody listening will learn so many new ways to live a long and happy life. Thanks so much

Simply informative

The health hacker is full of great information broken down into simple jargon free action items, that Adam refers to as hacks to make us healthier. Love that Adam also uses scientific studies to back his hacks and the chemistry between him and his producer is great.

Love this podcast!!!

I’ve just recently found this podcast and absolutely love it. A lot of the hacks you provide have reconfirm the information I’ve learnt at uni and apply everyday! I’ve become smarter about food, exercise in the aim to have a better quality of life.
