We also remind ourselves about the awesome mind-clearing benefits of a grueling WOD, which you just can’t get from a hamstring extension machine. Last but not least, a giant earwig tries to crawl up the back of Claire’s head in the middle of the episode… We edited out most of the screaming, but still. Ew.
