An excellent foodie resource
I have loved this show from the first episode. Cynthia and Nicky, who came out of a professional science and journalism background, set Luton their own to produce this excellent podcast as they would have it done.The result is that we listeners have learned and been enriched by information having anything to do with food that is often interesting, engaging and occasionally phenomenally life-changing.For example, their episode on koji has changed so much in the kitchen for me. I don’t know what ever I was doing without it for so many years.So I’m looking forward to every new episode, especially those life changing ones yet to come.
