    Exactly right

This story is a great commentary on the intersection of politics and religiosity.

    Excellent Season 3

As painful as it is to hear, these corruptions need to be exposed. Keep up the good work! I don’t think this is a matter of left vs. right. This is a matter of wrong vs. right. As the theme song says, your sins will find you out.

    Mind blowing

Really enlightened by all the horrifying information. Everyone should be aware of the blatant hypocrisy and shameful tactics of the Falwell family.

    Needs more balance.

I enjoyed the investigation portion of the Falwell podcast but they fall prey to using only critics from the left. A professor at Dartmouth is not unbiased. Grouping all evangelicals with southern segregationist is not far. There are lots of evangelicals in the north that really joined the political movement on the abortion issue and not on race. My wife and I are in that group. Also I find it disingenuous to have someone object to the $1 billion endowment when Harvard has $40 billion, Yale has $30 billion and Stanford has $27 billion. All are non profits and each had their issues. Ask the Asian students that sued Harvard.

Excellent, but please avoid telling the listener what to think

In each of the three seasons, Mr. Jenks has done an excellent job bringing important and substantial events to light. However, I would respectfully encourage him to avoid the occasional connecting narratives between his evidentiary submissions which tell the listener what they should think about what has been presented. Doing so only invites criticisms of bias or lack of journalistic impartiality.

    Jerry Falwell and LU

Superb 3 part podcasts on Falwell, Jr. and LU. Anyone considering attending school there, working there, or sending your child there should listen to these.

    Can’t get enough

Jenks has the perfect voice for this show! He somehow finds the right balance. Love every second of it so far. They clearly stick to facts and don’t let noise get in the way

    Season 3 Falwell/Liberty U is outstanding

This series should be required listening for any potential Liberty University students and/or parent. The audacious disregard for student safety is abhorrent. Under no circumstances would I ever support the practices or policies of liberty university. The leadership must be held accountable for their incompetence. This podcast does an excellent job portraying the circumstances.

    Amazed by Season 3!

This podcast gets better and better! Season 3 has been enthralling and eye-opening. I’m in awe of the testimonials provided by former students/victims of the system at Liberty. Kudos to those coming forward and to the interviewer for listening and putting their message out. Great work.

Mesmerizing stories, well-told (aside from an occasional grammatical error, Andrew) and well-researched. Keep them coming.

Great story, but not because of the Trump element

This story is fascinating but not because of the Trump angle. The media continues to really misunderstand and exaggerate Falwell's influence among Evangelicals. Aside from some residual name recognition, the Christians who were aware of Falwell Jr did NOT see him as any sort of "thought leader" or influencer. He NEVER had his father's charisma, gravity, or ability to inspire. His Twitter presence always came across as harsh and unsanctified. No one was really that surprised to learn of these sex scandals. Falwell was tolerated at Liberty because of his business acumen. Nobody at the university voted for Trump because they respected Jerry or his opinions.

    Keep the stories comin !

First two episodes very well done . As usual Gangster Capitalism from Cadence gives us a well researched truthful view of the dregs of our society pretending to be people of integrity. The stories must be told to expose the sanctimonious , sociopathic lives of these charlatans . Thank you for keeping us awake and aware Can’t wait for episode 3 . Keep doing such good works !

Not a fan of the title

Sounds like the author has an ax to grind with capitalism. Must be a Marxist. I’ll pass on this podcast. Had enough of social justice, critical race theory, and on and on. All un-American. America isn’t perfect or spotless but it’s the best country in the history of earth! Along those lines, yes America had slavery at one time. Most countries have had slavery throughout history. However, that’s not the end of the story. The question is, what did we do about it? America rightly ended slavery! Does that not count for anything? It never seems to get mentioned.

Through all the years of blister and being high and mighty, the NRA was abs is still run by a bunch of self serving crooks. This pod needs a epilogue, once the trial in knee York is over.

Too many mistakes and too much hearsay

It was interesting when the information was from the persons involved. But there’s way too much hearsay. And way too many mistakes. For instance the whole nonsense about the blue sky M1 carbine imports is clearly unverified and the ridiculous comments about milsurp weapons caused me to give it up.

I love this podcast but I wish they would do a story that is complete. Everything leaves on a cliffhanger. But it’s great podcast, still worth the listen.
