Another potentially great podcast...

that suffers from amateurish interviewing.

FANTASTIC!

An excellent resource for any photographer that is interested in taking their game to the next level, getting started in the business, or just looking for a little inspiration. I love that he always asks the tough question- " what percentage of your income is derived from..?". That question helps the listener put their ideas and thoughts in perspective. Keep up the great work and we will keep listening!

Great Podcast

Was so excited when you started producing the podcast again!! Informative guests - lots of tips, bits, and knowledge dropped in a short amount of time. Thank you so much Josh for putting these together every week. You have a recipe, it works, stick to it. I'm a fan of repetition and sticking to a blue print that works - some people get upset cause the questions you ask guest are almost all the same ...BUT the answers ARE always different... Great formula! Great podcast. If I didn't like it, I'd stop listening (no way man! Love this podcast Bro!!) and start my own (no way man...I've got yours ...life is short, barely have time in the day to edit). Keep up the great work and THANK YOU for the podcast - David L. (Tampa, Fl)

Better and better!

I've listened to this podcast since the beginning and I'm not the one to write reviews but I have to say that each interview delivers different and inspiring gems of advice and knowledge on the journey of becoming a full time photographer. This is a podcast I recommend to all my friends who are struggling in the business. The host has gotten way better as well. I'm sure doing interviews is a learning experience just like anything else.

The best podcast for emerging photographers

I am loving this podcast. I’m a new professional and listening to these podcasts (and I am working my way through the archives, on page 20) is so helpful. I have gotten amazing marketing advice and great pep talks and advice. Even interviews with photographers that have completely different styles or lines of work from me still have helpful information.

This podcast is mind blowing!

People who are serious about photography will crave this podcast! It addresses the bottom line...how to make money and be successful in the industry! Josh brings an incredible variety of professionals in the photography industry together in one place who offer perspectives from A to Z on how to be successful. It is so inspiring to hear each new interview & get new ideas. It is like belonging to the 'Think Tank' of photography. Where else can you pick the brains of photographers who are working full time in the industry and being successful? The whole thing is brilliant. Cool guy who is willing to help his fellow photographers get ahead...Pretty awesome by anyone's standards! Thanks Josh!

Extraordinarily informative.

I'm a voracious sponge when it comes to information about photography and the business of. This includes Podcasts, YouTube, CreativeLive, workshops, and more publications than I care to count. This is one of the most informative podcasts across the board, that I've found. They seem to come out constantly (maybe daily?). So much in fact, that I gather a backlog pretty regularly. This guy must be working like a madman. Yeah, as other reviewers point out, there are quite a few "Totally's"& "For Sure's", but the interviews are well thought out and have a good flow. I'm not sure how an easily missable speech habit is reason to ignore an avalanche of useful information, but to each their own. It just means less informed competition for me. Any leg up, I suppose. Anyway, keep those interviews coming. I'll keep trying to catch up. Well done.
