Take it down a notch Stephanie

I had a headache the other day at work and the podcast came on, and her (Stephanie) shrill shrieking voice made my head almost explode, thank God I paused before an untimely accident occurred. Lynette’s voice doesn’t cause reoccurring headaches, I appreciate that. I like the podcast except the headaches and talking about little kids, making up names that rhyme with the real names.

Had to pull the plug

Was one of my favorite podcasts for a long time, but it's been ruined by the same thing that killed radio. How can we make more money? Simple, More ads! It won't affect how many people listen! Wrong. The show is amusing at times, but with so many other podcasts out there, to think you can keep cramming more and more ads in without pushing away listeners is not a good idea. Wish Lynette and Stephanie nothing but the best, but the content doesn't justify the volume of ads. Moving on.

More advertising and whining than content

The show is ok when one of the host Stephanie doesn't speaks /whines the other host Lynette is pretty entertaining and I enjoy listening to her, the amount of advertising is a lot for a podcast, listen to Stephanie whining to just about everything is really painful I hope she leaves the show soon.

Listener from the very beginning. Love these ladies.

I found this show because I was an avid listener of Adam Carolla since the 90s and loved his podcast for the first couple of years. I eventually stopped listening to ACS but kept on with FCOL. Over the years I have grown to really care about Lynette, Stefanie and their families and look forward to their twice a week show and Patreon episodes more than any other podcasts. I don’t have kids but I find all of the content so relatable and interesting. I’m so glad I found this show.

Have you heard the one about the interrupting cow?

Lynette tries to talk and Stefanie interrupts. Let her talk! It’s a lot of ads but I tune in to hear Lynette. Not much Lynette and too much Stefanie.

Good episode with more Lynette

Lynette great storyteller. Steph had hard time not interrupting and even trying tell Lynette story. Let it be. Makes for better podcast with more Lynette & no Steph judging of everyone.

Sooo many ads and promos.

I literally counted the ads and promos on on of the podcasts and I totaled 14. Thats not including the Patreon shoutouts at the beginning and the Patreon business shoutouts at the end! This podcast is only one hour long! Thats probably about 20 minutes of ads if not longer. Stefanie talks about how she practically doesn't make any money doing the podcast so why so many ads and promos! I can't take it anymore.

Less Steph, more Lynette

I’ve really stopped listening and I’ve been a fan for years. It’s the SWT podcast and Lynette can never get a word in edgewise. I really like Lynette first and foremost and would love to hear her talk more. Without constant interruption.

Way to many ads

Used to love the show but the amount of ads makes it unbearable to listen to. It completely ruins the flow of conversation.

Hmmm

I really loved this podcast until they had to go and make fun of their “55 year old” waiter. I mean really? This man is busting his butt to put food on his table for his family. Classism much? Your Sherman Oaks mom privilege is showing. Bye.

I’ve listened

From the beginning. I listened, learned and loved this show. Lynette gave such wonderfully funny renditions of life w Ace man and the kids. Stefani was the smart one, an author and so raw and real. She too was a delight. I subscribed to Patreon. And it was then I was turned off. Just too boring! Now the show is all about way too many adds, Lynette is lethargic and Stefani tells boring stories, I struggle to get through an episode.I’ve unsubscribed

Mental Health episode

Lynette your coverage of your mom was one of the most sensitive and honest accountings of dealing with someone with mental health issues. Steph's accounting of her stepfather letter was overly dramatic, not needed. Contrast is extraordinary.

Too many ads

I am a longtime listener over the past few years the length of the ads have become insane. I listen to many podcasts and this is the only one that I have to fast forward through over 20 minutes of the podcast due to ads at the beginning and end.

You should call this The Stephanie and Albie(sp) Podcast. Not easy to break into her monologues.
