Thank You for Your Show! Keep Going

Great Show Tanja! I enjoy this on my way to work. It keeps me focused and on track with the goals. I get SO busy with life that I forget! I believe... that exercise is 20% helps me to de-stress and have fun! Diet is 30% and where the abs are made but where your brain is and how you think is 50%! From Tanja in Arizona 🤩

At The Right Time

I can’t believe I found this podcast at a time that I can listen and able to make changes. After years of therapy, qigong practice, I can hear that I am worthy and deserving, and Tanya affirms this. Thanks for the support with your podcast.

Late to the Table

I just found Tanja and can’t get enough. Like I’m binging on the podcasts. I put over 100 mikes a day on my car and listen to about 2 episodes per day. I’m getting nervous I’ll run out of episodes. Just can’t say enough, she’s really nailed it. Thank you Tanja

Tanja, I love your personable style and willingness to share your own experiences, challenges, and vunerabilities with your guests and audience. I always get at least one golden nugget (usually more) from your episodes and as an RDN, am so grateful that you emphasize eatinug well and exercising enjoyably, to promote health and feel good rather than to lose weight or reach an unrealistic, distorted cultural ideal. I also appreciate that you encourage listeners to concentrate on daily, doable action steps that will propel them towards their goals - hopefuly aligned with your own - to live life in a body you love and to be best version of yourself. I look forward to the new monthly episode on communal goals we can all work on together on what I like to call, "the perpetual path of self improvement". Way to go and THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Thank you so much

Ok, Tanya, first of all I am so sorry that it's taken me FOREVER to finally take the time to write this review, but I'm telling you now that I am so deeply grateful that you have come into my life through your podcast. I have listened to each and every episode and have learned so much from you and your guests. Thank you very much for being such a bright light in this world and for sharing so much of yourself to help others. Because of you I have improved the negative self-talk in my head, I've laughed, I've grown, I'm forgiving myself for not being perfect and I'm loving life. Thank you for all your hard work, but also for setting boundaries for yourself so that your own health and family come first. That's the way it should be. I hope you had a great get-away with your hubby in Hawaii! Sincerely, Tashanna

Thouroughly enjoy you and your podcasts!

Tanja, I started listening to your podcasts when you featured Ali McWilliams from Madison, WI. I, too, live in Madison and have been hooked ever since. I've never created a podcast, but would guess that a lot of work goes into planning, conducting and producing one. I greatly appreciate your effort! Why? Your messages are relavant, realistic, and encouraging. You have a passion for what you do, I can tell you carefully select your guests, and it's obvious that you are sincere. You're real, compassionate, and caring. Please don't stop podcasting! I hope to still be listening once you've hit podcast #200! .... Oh, and a review of this podcast #66...Amy's message encouraged me to soul search and to choose to try harder to implement her suggestions. Just thinking about them makes me feel empowered and accountable, less helpless and more in control. I will listen to it again, since the 58 minutes flew by and I probably missed many important tips! Thank you for encouraging me to live vibrantly :)
