Awesome Show

I love the concept of your podcast and I’m learning more about he hobby. I only have my Tech ticket right now but I’m studying to move up and get into HF. Want to be able to go out and enjoy nature while also communicating on the original social network. Plus in case of disaster would be good to learn about the ways to communicate better. I would like to hear more about emergency go box on the cheap. Arduino and RaspberryPi options. And as part of your lessons go over the general test in a practical way in the field. Once again thank you. I don’t know if you have a patron page but suggest you do so we the listeners can pitch in some until we get you a sponsor. One last thing. I would love it if you could have a special episode with Cale as a guest. Thank you72 KG5WTX

Good Stuff!

Good mix of radio and preparedness and how the two go hand in hand.

Just what I'm looking for

I've been listening to the podcast cast for over a year now and have greatly enjoyed it. It has encouraged me to get my Ham license. I love how there are practical tips at the end and they are very applicable to those who wish to be out of the shack and in the field or wish to prepare their family for emergency situations

Field radio

Host sounds like he is reading from a sheet of paper. Does not sound natural at all.

Edits

Your edits sound too choppy. That reduces listening pleasure

Falls short.

It’s hard for me to give this show a low rating as the host really tries, it just isn’t happening yet. So far it has had very little to do with field radio at all. It needs to be more on target. I hope the host finds better and more relevant subject matter. Here is some help with show ideas.Portable antennas, home brew and purchased.Ultra light rigs like the Pixie. The New imported rigs from China.SDR radios for field use.Battery technology agm and lithium.Solar panels that can be backpacked.Wire antennas you can make.Weatherproof your radios for the field.Small Hf amplifier options.I could go on and on but I hope this helps...

No shack, no problem!

I don't have a shack, so I'm frequently moving around. I don't do field radio, but this is a helpful podcast.
