One of my favorite things to do while I work is listen to podcasts. Robyn’s has became my top choice. She is a humble & gentle teacher. She shares a wealth of wisdom on how to live a life of wellness & mindfulness. Thank you for having this podcast, Robyn! They truly are a blessing to me!

One of the best wellness podcasts out there!

I’ve been a long time listener and this is definitely one of the best wellness podcasts out there. Robyn’s ‘Gentle is the new Perfect’ philosophy shines through in all of her topics related to wellness, and gives you actionable and simple ways to get started on your wellness journey. Her episodes are extremely well thought-out and researched, and are full of tips for everyone. Definitely a must listen!

when i walk, i love to listen to Robyn and all her lovely guests. i inevitably end up opening my notes and typing up snippets of wisdom or things i'd like to meditate on. thanks for all the effort, it's helpful and it's making a difference in so many different little facets of my heart and mind!

Love this!

As I’m stuck at work at a job I hate I started listening to this podcast . This podcast has been so beneficial in so many different ways. It has definitely opened my eyes and helped me be a better calmer version of myself. I am thankful for this podcast. I’ve listened to over 30 of her podcasts. I’m knew to this also, I had never heard of podcasts before. Even though I can’t stand my job, I’m having better ways of coping with it for now as I’m working towards moving out of this field. Also , been working at minimizing my possessions and it has been making me feel so much better! Anyways, definitely would suggest listening to this podcast! Love it!

Feel Good Effect

I have never listened to a podcast before where literally EVERY person interviewed tells the interviewer (in this case Robyn) in such a genuine way “What a fantastic question”. She asks much meaning filled questions and has such great topics and people that she interviews. I love her voice and delivery too. Her voice and pace is very calming and yet very informative. So grateful to have “happened” upon this podcast. Do yourself a favor and subscribe

Attainable approach and a kind voice

I’ve been listening to Robyn for well over a year, and I look forward to each episode. She presents a good mix of well-researched approaches to a variety of wellness topics, interviews with valuable guest’s perspectives, and inspiration to get going. I must say that my favorite part of the podcast is her encouraging voice. It’s like getting good advice from your BFF.

My favorite podcast!

The Feel Good Effect Podcast has been such a positive influence on my life. Robin’s message of gentle over perfect has helped me to be more accepting of myself and in turn take a healthier approach to wellness. She has given me permission to not have to do wellness perfectly, which has allowed me to have a more sustainable and joyful approach to wellness. She has been a wonderful role model and her message is so crucial during a time when rampant messages about wellness can seem overwhelming. She is very careful in choosing her guests and each and every person she has had on the show has been uplifting and carried an approach that is very consistent with Robin’s message. She is an excellent interviewer and I love her last questions to each of her guests, “what does it really mean to be healthy?” Hearing the various answers to this question has led me to consider factors I never used to recognize were of course part of living a healthy life. I could not recommend this podcast more!

Real, Honest and Inspiring

I have been listening to Robyn since the podcast began, and I rarely miss an episode. Her interviews and wise tidbits, are inspiring, well-researched and accessible. I’m so thankful for this space!

This podcast is one of two that I listen to regularly and I always gain such valuable applicable knowledge every time! Robyn is so gracious and I so appreciate everything she puts into each episode. I happen to know her in real life and she’s just as lovely as she is on the show! I would HIGHLY recommend this podcast!

Feel good effect makes me feel good!

I love this this podcast, but I really love the host. So well spoken but yet so real and relatable. She is so interested in learning the information at hand , but has such a great way of translating guests views. I’ve gotten lots of life tools from this podcast. But most of all I think Robyn is a great interviewer and has the best questions!!!! Rock on lady! I am so invested in you and your avenues! 🌸

NOT all or nothing

My biggest takeaway from this podcast is getting out of the “all or nothing” mindset. I try to remember and work on this every day. I love Robyn’s take on wellness and how it’s individual to everyone. I also appreciate that she gives tactical tips to try as well. Keep up the good work!

The most welcoming and functional podcast!

In a time where so many people are focusing on self-care but failing miserably at it...this podcast provides easy to implement steps that you can take to make small changes that yield big results. I love that most topics are research based and the guests that come on are always forgiving on how to implement change in a functional way instead of an all or nothing approach.

Love everything about it!

I am so glad I found this podcast. My career is in health behavior change and this podcast is such a wonderful resource for everyone. It not only gives me ideas for my professional life, but it gives me that much needed reminder to focus on my own self care that is easily overlooked after a day of focusing on other people's health. The info and resources in this podcast are top notch and I love how Robyn presents it in such an accessible way. I look forward to every episode. Thank you. 😊

Simple is the new perfect! Brilliant!

I love the kind, gentle encouragement that Robyn gives. I am not very good at putting her suggestions into practice yet, but I see this podcast as a very important piece of my journey to better health-both physical and mental.

Practical, realistic wellness podcast!

Thank you for this podcast-It’s about time someone started putting the “gentle is the new perfect” message out there. This podcast is full of gentle wellness ideas and emphasizes the type of self-compassion that our society is lacking. The episodes are full of content that is created and delivered in a way that is inclusive, recognizing that everyone is at a different place. And that just trying is a great start. So many great ideas and mantras to put into action. Highly recommend for those who are in a rut or who feel like they don’t have time to take care of themselves!
