Benefits of early rising

Great talk and I’m enjoying your show, Drew. With the start of the school year, I’ve been waking a good 45 minutes earlier than I’ve done in the past. This allows me that lovely span of time to myself. There’s no rushing and no anxiety that we will be late pulling into school. I can get all of my morning activities accomplished at a calmer pace and there is also that meditative quality to being the only one awake and watching the sun rise. Your morning routine sounds lovely and very peaceful. Great way to begin your day! I may integrate some of your practices into my own morning now that I’m learning how nice it is to wake early and set up the day properly.

As a family physician oberving the number of people, including children, that are developing chronic diseases, I believe that the Exploring Mind and Body program is an invaluable resource. Our communities need to know the truth about health and how to allow our bodies to express their best health. The current healthcare system is not capable of solving this problem. My patients need access to the information that will support them on their personal journeys of health. I am grateful for shows like this that provide the truthful information about how to experience our best health.

Love listening to this show as it's spot on for my interests in health and wellness. Drew is so great with all of what he focuses on, and he recognizes the connection our physical wellness has to our mental wellness. He has great guests, too, and knows how to really get so much out of them.
