Bring it back!

The best show on basic cable deserves more coverage. Please, do it for Character Actress Margo Martindale and the kids.

At least I have my health

I typically let shows run for a couple of years to hear if they are any good or not before investing my time in a show. My new standard has been if Jim and A. Ron are doing a podcast, then I will watch it. The Americans is the first show that I have watched that I feel is on the same level as Breaking Bad and listening to the "Bad News" podcast felt as if my dog died, my girlfriend dumped me, my boss fired me and a 5 year old whacked me in the junk with a whiffle ball bat to claim the top prize on AFV, all in the same day! I hope you guys find a way to bring it back! FYI, while I love the title of the podcast, I think it made it extremely hard to find in iTunes since you have to enter "Bald Move" in the search field for it to come up. I think that reduced your listeners to only being people that already know about Bald Move and knew you guys were doing an Americans podcast.

Bad Form

It says quite a bit about the character of the hosts when they cancel their podcast due to the numbers and not for their enjoyment of the subject or the enjoyment of the podcast itself. It’s just as well, they had little grasp of the history and actual politics behind what was happening in the 80s. Some of their ignorance could have been answered by a quick google search and a 2 minute read.

Good Podcast While It Lasted

The logic to cancel this podcast to cover yes higher rated shows like Walking Dead or Game of Thrones to The Leftovers is absurd. Isn't it about the quality of the show or is this truthfully about selling out to ads? You can't say with honesty that The Americans isn't superior to those higher rated piles on all levels. You guys clearly don't like them or would put it on the level of MM or BB but are choosing to waste time on the inferior shows while leaving the quality behind. Your problems with this show are just excuses to bail out. This also has to do with the House of Cards binge likely coming which is fine because it is a good show but why not cancel WD instant casts and streamline it to an hour at most for full cast because WD is not worth talking about with its poor production value, directing, acting, writing, and show direction. If you really just want to get high downloads I guarantee a podcast about NCIS or Big Bang Theory would dwarf even the WD or GOT, but I thought you guys were about the top tier content. I guess not.

Great show

I enjoy this show because I miss some of the subtitled dialog and I feel like the BM guys do a great job of pointing out all the little details I may have missed.

Great discussion about The Americans

Another great podcast from the guys at Bald Move. They do a nice summary of the episode and offer up their thoughts and opinions. They also have a feedback section where they share comments from other viewers. It's fun to be able to participate in the discussions when I have a thought or opinion to share. Instead of yelling at the podcast (if I disagree) I can email the hosts. I don't tweet on Twitter so I'm glad these guys take email comments.
