Living a Death Aware Life

Karen’s spirit & ability to share from the heart was so inspiring I lived my life differently today. Not only was I deeply grateful for the simplest things, but I slowed down & really noticed the details of everything around me. And all the while, I reminded myself of it’s fleeting nature. “Love well what thou must leave ere long.”Thank you Karen for your poignant reminder. ❤️

Excellent information

In my search to learn more, and heal from the sudden tragic death of my son, I have found this podcast to be especially helpful. I found that our society is lacking in how we manage and treat death. I’m an advocate for doing death differently, and embracing this transition, that we all will face, with the sacredness and place of honor it deserves. We deserve this as souls.

Rare Subject Matter

End of life is not something thought about until someone we love is passing, or there's been a scare of one's own. So it is with great privilege as a listener we get to hear the insights Dr. Wyatt presents. I share her podcast with my consultancy clients who are moving into hospice as volunteers or family and friends of the dying, because I can't think of a better more relevant reference. Why You Should Forgive Now....

I am awe. I listened to Ep #137 "Why You Should Forgive Now Rather Than On Your Deathbed" twice yesterday (and will do again tonight with my boyfriend). You know how you hear or read something important a million times and it just doesn’t resonate? And then someone or something happens, says or does something in a way that cleaves your heart and soul open? The End-of-Life University Ep #137 “Why You Should Forgive Now Rather Than On Your Deathbed” did just that for me. I follow Karen's podcasts, show notes, blog, and classes religiously, I cannot say enough good about her in-depth, articulate, knowledgeable and sensitive approach to so many challenging topics.Thank you Karen!
