    Not a BDSM podcast

If you’re new to the world of D&D and are looking for a D&D light humorous take…this is the place for you.

    Best DnD podcast

Love it, love the cast, somehow I think Ron is related to Greg Thompson from At Home with English.

    Simply the greatest

I just recently found this podcast about a week ago. It is hands down the greatest podcast I’ve ever listened to and it makes my commutes to work seem so easy now. The way Matt, Will, Freddie and Beth all react around Anthony’s environment is just so perfect. Keep it up guys!

    Fantastic

Better than The Adventure Zone or any other competing podcast. Fully professional production paired with unmatched humor and pathos. Anthony is an unmatched DM who will rip out Matt Mercer’s spine in Valhalla and Beth provides a badly needed relief to the dominant voices in the space. Simply the best D&D podcast ever made- including AdventureZone: Balance.

    Pure Joy

I only discovered the series during the second campaign. So glad I gambled to start with the first episode of the first campaign. I am obsessed. I’ve been listening for a few weeks and am already on episode 30. This is pure joy. All of the characters are awesome and Anthony is a RIDICULOUSLY EXCELLENT DM!!!

    Very, very good

I throughly enjoyed the first season. I don’t want to jump the gun on the second season, because the long gaps between episode releases are agonizing and there was a lot of exposition, but after episode 8, they caught my attention… best D&D podcast out there.

Loved season 1, not vibing with the horror in season 2

Its a hilarious show where everyone from the main cast to special guests are wonderfully talented at what they do. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the vibe shift from season 1 to lovecraftian horror in season 2 isn’t it for me personally. What I loved about season one was the story was always a fun, compelling, time even in the sadder darker moments. Body horror is so off base from that original vibe that it feels alienating to a viewer like me. I didn’t come to this podcast for body horror. I don’t seek out horror in general, but body horror especially is just deeply unsettling and has ruined my ability to listen without being on edge. I either have to skip episodes that have body horror (so far of which there are many) or try to enjoy the parts of the episodes I can, but be ready to skip ahead at any point (skipping any fight scenes in this dnd podcast). I know they wanted to do something new to keep people interested, but I just can’t understand why they chose an unsettling horror theme for season 2’s mechanics. It’s just such a different vibe than season 1.

Happy crying, sad crying, crying from laughing. This is the greatest dnd podcast to exist if not the greatest podcast. Even if you dont like dnd you should listen to this.

Dads I’d Like to Fu… Fund

Love this podcast! Ran through all the available episodes in a fever-dream of horniness, harm, hilarity, and horrible (but great) puns. Beyond the goofs, the story they collectively crafted is beautiful, gripping, and worth your time. The openers alone are almost as good as the entire episode, and the Easter eggs at the end are worth the listen too! Will, Beth, Freddie, Matt, and Anthony are so talented and funny, and the guests they bring work wonderfully with the team! I joined their Patreon, and YOU SHOULD TOO! Anyway, love it, you should try it, and do yourselves a favor :)

Best D&D podcast I’ve ever listened to

I was listening to this podcast over a couple months during my road-trips and there were some times where I had to pull over just to laugh because something so funny and ridiculous was said and everyone manages to get into their characters so much it makes you feel like it is actually them and Ron is by far the best character so funny for no reason whatsoever and he had all the emotional moments

    Fantastic!

My brother introduced this podcast to me a few months ago. Now I’m addition to eagerly waiting for each new episode about the grandchildren, I’m re-listening to the original season! The chemistry between hosts is effortless and the comedic timing is impeccable.

    Season 1 10/10 season 2 7/10

Season one was amazing but season two is pretty boring so far. They went from being quirky mid aged dads who were teleported to a world of high fantasy to teens in high school. It’s kinda like what MHA did where they went from intense action back to “Aw jeez I sure hope I can pass this hero test.” After the set up from season one it just feels very anti climactic. Plus so far there aren’t any iconic characters like in season one there were amazing side characters from practically the beginning but here we are in ep 8 of season two and I can’t think of a single iconic character.

    10 out of 5 stars

I cannot speak highly enough of this podcast. I’ve never laughed so hard. This show packs the full range of emotions into it, I’ve laughed until I cried, and then just cried all in the same episode. Season one was an incredible journey, and the bonus content is fantastic. I cannot recommend this podcast enough.

I’m dead from how funny this is!!!!

I learned about this podcast from a friends and was iffy at first but I gave the first episode a listen and now I’m hooked. I absolutely love this podcast and not only has this podcast made me love it, it’s gotten into D&D it’s self and now I have my own campaign with a few buddies and we have a blast playing.

    Kids stink

The show used to be good but now it's just 45 minutes of ads and 15 minutes of Anthony trying to gross everyone out with Lovecraft horror. Apparently they lost all their daddy magic when it comes to making podcasts…
