    Incredible.

I listen to a lot of “true crime” podcasts, but this is BY FAR the best podcast I have ever listened to. I think that the thing I loved the most is that it didn’t focus on the perpetrator, but rather on the victims and those that had made it their goal to ensure that this doctor was held accountable. I don’t often find podcasts that shift the spotlight to the victims, and it was so refreshing. The narrator is amazing, incredibly well versed and there is no unnecessary information or any of the sometimes uncomfortable banterin most other true crime podcasts. I feel that I was particularly drawn to this because I’d surprisingly never heard of this case even though I’d had spine surgery in 2013, albeit in New York City and not Texas, but holy sh*+ everyone in the US needs to listen to this. It’s incredible. The podcast is SO well done, And although I think I could’ve listened to the two doctors for hours and hours, I never felt that I was missing any information. Literal *chefs kiss*

    MESMERIZING!!!

This is one of the MUST TELL stories. So well researched and so well told. I'm up to Episode 8 and thank Wondery for the great series plus the Behind the Scenes interviews. I also started watching The Peacock Movie, but the Podcast goes into so much deeper detail, of course. To all the haters who want Wondery to not charge a dime, all I can say is enjoy the advertising on free podcasts. And do YOU work for free?

    TOO MANY ADVERTS!!

I love the podcast, it’s really gripping. But for relatively short episodes, there’s way too many adverts. I am constantly having to skip forward to avoid listening to them.

    Exploitative, if addictive trash

Wondery’s podcasts basically amount to satisfying humanity’s worst instincts. They are shallow and banal accounts of violence and trauma that I for one feel guilty for supporting.

    Scary true life!

Thank you for opening everyone’s eyes on the dark side of medicine. My stomach hurts listening to this. As a nurse I’ve seen so many things that could have been done better. My brother passed from what I feel was medical mismanagement.

    Can’t stop listening !

Once I started the first season episode 1, I am hooked! And I like a good pod cast like this. It’s also an eye opener- about surgeons and laws. Anyway, I finished the first season, 6 episodes in one day- that’s how Crazy this season is!

If you work in clinical or operational governance listen to this!

This is an important report on both the human and system elements of what can go wrong in the health system. If you work in governance in any type of health industry this is a must listen. Reporting, receiving, investigating and managing complaints and incidents are essential to a larger governance system and this podcast doesn’t miss a step.

    Great podcast

Great information but scary to know that this physician was able to practice and remain in the medical field. Entertaining and the narrator does an awesome job with story telling!

    Good but so busy

I watched documentary and then the tv show and figured hey, let’s give this a try. I’m only on episode 2 and wow there are so many ads. I’ve checked my phone a couple times already to make sure I’m still listening to the episode or if it went to a different place. It makes it confusing and takes away from the story.

He’s definitely a Psychopath and Narcissist

Thrilling and chilling, keeps me interested and on edge. Love Laura’s narration, she is great to listen to. Love hearing excerpts from those people that were actually involved in these cases. Please keep the Dr Death seasons coming I am so addicted😳

    Keep it on one channel

Why did they break up the Dr. Death series into separate channels? I forgot about Season 3 starting until scrolling through my podcasts and remembering hearing the trailer a while back.
