    Growing tired…

I started listening in 2020 and loved most of the episodes, but the last year finally had me unsubscribing today. The episodes have started to feel stale, and with the heavy promotion of Ashley’s other endeavors, I think they know it. Even the dialogue between Ash & Brit seems strained and fake. It feels like they lean to heavily on the hindsight outrage, which has also gotten old. All good things must come to an end.

    The Best

I am a huge fan of all things true crime, murder and mystery. I have listened to many podcasts dealing with true crime and I have come across two podcast that I live for. Crime Junkies and Murder in America. I am going through and listening to every podcast y’all have done so I’m not even sure if you still read these but I’ll give it a go. I normally listen to this podcast while I’m working and visiting people on my case load as I am a Probation/Parole officer. Please continue to make one of the true crime podcasts I have heard. @CheyenneBrookeP

    Yes Please!

I love all of the episodes whether its a missing person or murdered. Every time there is a new episode I get a happy feeling that I can listen to it! Ashley and Brit are the perfect combo to listen to. I’ve tried many other murder podcasts but Crime Junkie has been my favorite!

I love this podcast and I was wondering if you guys could do a story about Howard Hawk Willis. I feel like this show has changed my life and now I’m aware of things that are going on around me. I thank both of for creating this wonderful podcast!

    A podcast I just can’t let go !

I find myself listening to you all’s podcast all day. When I first started listening I was just curious to see what this podcast would bring and now I just cannot stop. I love true crime stories and this show is perfect for me. I literally cannot stop listening. I have gone all the way back to the beginning just so I don’t miss anything. I have already finished the Darlene Hulse story , that’s how addicted I am.

    Amazing!

Despite what these, very pointless and meaningless negative reviews from the past couple of days think, one even claiming he has a criminology degree and thinks this show is plagarized and fake (I have actual criminology background so when I say this review, I mean it), there is no plagarizing when it comes to true crime. Every single true crime podcast is giving you information that is VERY public and free to obtain. If you bothered to listen to the podcast, Ash says MULTIPLE TIMES that their sources that they credit are on their website. The point of this podcast is to spread awareness and talk about true crime to those of us who have a passion for it. If you do not like it great, move along with your day. But to go as far as spread misinformation saying Ash and Brit are plagiarizing and making up fake cases is bizarre and down right rude and disgusting. Crime Junkie is so well done and talks about cases that are not only very famous and popular, but ones that aren’t so well known and I love that. Ash and Brit made me fall in love again with criminology and true crime and I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend this to everyone who truly loves true crime. If you dont like it, great. Find another podcast and move on with your day.

    Trying too hard

Brit is trying too hard when she asks questions about the case. Her “aggressive irritated” tone is so annoying because it doesn’t sound natural at all. You can tell it’s forced and some sort of personality she’s trying to put on for the podcast. Please just express your genuine reaction! Enough of the over the top fake responses.

    Love the podcast but…

I love the podcast but Brit’s voice gets on my nerves after a while. I am sure she is a nice person but her voice is so grating and fake sounding.

    What happened?

I used to really love this podcast, I would anxiously wait for Mondays. But this podcast has changed overtime and not in a good way. I don’t know what happened to these girls but I don’t like it anymore as much as I used to.

    Used to like this show

1 of these things is true. Either the side kick does 0 prep work for her job & just shows up which is a nice gig must I say if that’s the case. Or she plays dumb on this show which is so annoying. There’s no way anybody could be this dumb. She does true crime podcasts for a living and she is often surprised & left in awe at some of the things she hears which is pretty surprising considering this is literally her job. True crime podcast is her job. She hears crazy things all the time. But somehow is still shocked. I will no longer submit to myself to “as a mother”, sudden gasps for air, and “chilling”
