Sad panda

A wonderful podcast that I loved listening to over and over again, now turned into a money grab. Abe and Tom have their own podcasts now so all is still good.

A Reminder of What We Used to Love About Cracked

Until a huge corporation bought and then killed Cracked, we got amazing videos and podcasts from writers/comedians that we loved very much. Cracked Movie Club is everything Cracked did right. It's funny with engaging hosts who offered insight into beloved films. I'm glad we got what we did. If you miss Tom and Abe, check out their new podcasts. Tom co-hosts Story Mode And Best Bad Movie Ever with David Christopher Bell while Abe is a part of Small Beans. I highly recommend all three and supporting them on Patron (Gamefully Unemployed and Small Beans).

Awesome.

I love this. I wasted too much of childhood watching movies, and I love how these guys present new information on “old” topics. Brilliant job.

If you like listening to teenagers talk about movies...

...this one’s for you. Hokey jokey and bland. For ‘The Thing’ episode, one of the guest hosts cant remember if he’s watched it all the way through, up until the night before recording of course. And then it all just sounds like shallow insight and unfunny banter. Pass.

Guest In-experts

I’m all for a breezy pop culture sensibility. I mean, it’s a podcast about movies. I’m even for snark if it doesn’t treat the audience as willing victims or captive listeners. But I can’t stomach another guest host who proudly admits to viewing the film only the night before and has little or no experience with that movie’s place in the larger entertainment world. Can we cull these lightweights from the herd already? Surely there are more discerning guests to invite.
