I’m back on board!

So glad two of my favorite Clipper writers, Justin and Farbod, have joined forces and resurrected the pod. Looking forward to the new shows.

Great perspective on all things Clips and NBA

Jovan and guests do a really great job of breaking down all things Clippers. Throughout the offseason they analyze league wide movement and provide perspective on Clippers draft, free agency, etc. It’s a must listen each week. As a long time Clip fan, it’s great to have a talented journalist covering the team. Thanks Jovan!

Great LAC pod!

Jovan covers the Clippers on this podcast. This is a compliment of his written pieces in The Athletic. He’s followed the Clippers in other media outlets in the past. Lots of substance and some guests too.

My favorite Clippers podcast!

I love your podcast, Jovan, but last couple episodes had audio quality problems and were not pleasant to listen to. I would have stopped listening mid-episode if it wasn’t for the podcast being so interesting. Please try to resolve the technical issues for future episodes. Thank you and keep up the great work! And, one more thing. Please bring back Issac for another episode soon. That was my favorite episode.

Great, accurate analysis!

Only thing I wish for is that Jovan would get a sidekick or possibly have guests on often.

Add it to the Tuesday Routine!

Jovan's a smart and hard-working NBA reporter, so it's no surprise he's killing it with Clip City just four episodes in. So far, the podcast offers a solid mix of substantive interviews with Clippers players (assuming more will follow Landry Shamet), scintillating discussions with fellow reporters and top-notch analysis from Jovan, himself. Anyone who has read, listened to or followed Jovan knows this, but it's worth repeating here: He's a thoughtful journalist, who provides context for his takes as opposed to some sports talk personality who likes to shock listeners into paying attention, throwing random perspectives at the wall and seeing what sticks. His routine use of advanced (but digestible) stats, paired with thorough reporting is one way in which he does that so seamlessly. That said, he still likes to keep it light when it's appropriate whether it's making music references on Twitter or asking Landry Shamet for his favorite LA places to eat, for example. Not sure who's responsible, but the D. Miles podcast art is a nice touch too!I'm rooting for this show to continue strong for some time, as I'm a fan of Jovan, the Clippers and the NBA as a whole. What LAC is accomplishing this season is quite rare, given its high level of player turnover in recent seasons and the team's incredible youth. Thankfully, we have someone like Jovan to help document it all.
