Very well done podcast consisting of writers, artists, musicians, and attorneys offering interesting and entertaining commentary on horror and monster films. What sets this apart is that there is a perfect blend of entertainment, information and sociological commentary. Want an informed opinion of the sociology and gender politics of King Kong 1976? You've come to the right place. Their Kong series is excellent, the Shape of Water episode blew me away.Jason, Julie, Drew, Jamie, and Tony are a great team. They don't shout over each other (well, not too much), and they bring a nice analysis, with some "making of" research and sociological/historical context, just excellent. I think Jamie and Julia are especially valuable and would like to hear more of them. I'm a monster and kaiju fan, so not all of the horror films appeal to me directly, but I have a feeling I will be inspired to broaden my horizons a bit. Can't recommend this show enough. Carry on the good work and cheers!!
