Not for those who want to learn
First episode, if you’re wanting to learn the truth about aphrodisiacs fast forward to 28:19. If you want to learn what people thought of aphrodisiacs in the 17th century fast forward 8 minutes. Otherwise, if your guilty pleasure is trashy banter about a guy being proud about screwing his delivery guy in his laundry room then have fun filling your head with the pointless story.

Topics are interesting but ruined by annoying host
The over the top host distracts from the topics, making the topics seems frivolous.

Fake tone
I’m struggling with the poppy/fake vibe. The topics themselves seem interesting, too bad.

Fun and interesting
I’m only on Episode two and I like Just Curious so far. Our two host do awesome and they make you laugh. Keep the curiosity coming.

Just wow
As far as getting to the bottom of things like the ad spot says, I feel like a cursory google search would provide way more credible info than this podcast. I get that it’s supposed to be light but it also promises to answer questions. I don’t understand how you would answer the question about if zoos are harmful by asking a person employed by a zoo and not any of the critics of zoos. So much of this is a phoned in attempt at gathering sources and not really investigative in anyway. It’s okay to be another fluffy time-killing podcast but the ads for this show are so untrue, they gotta change the marketing on this one because it’s not convincing as anything more than chatting with a friend. Truly abysmal attempt at “a podcast that finally gives you definitive answers” - imagine a “definitive” answer that comes from zero research. Useless. There are other curiosity podcasts that actually do a great job with their research so this is truly garbage.

It’s fine
Light and fluffy but expert sources don’t seem to be very credible.

Poor analysis
This show did a terribly weak and elementary look at the very important issue of supporting zoos . At the start of the show was a dumb joke about throwing cooked shrimp into the ocean to “free them.” Nothing reeks of entitlement ,insensitivity , and waste like a stupid comment like that . The show just went downhill from there . They put on a zoo employee to interview to … of course push the zoo agenda and never did they bother to bring on a animal rights activist who has studied the zoo industry and knows how they put profits over animal welfare . This stupid vapid show couldn’t dare delve into that side of issue . One just has to look at Portland Oregon’s zoo to know animals come second , they freaking plan concerts at the zoo. Sure a concert is a perfect thing to add to a wild animals listening experience . Thanks humans for perpetually screwing with nature to fit your selfish needs . This podcast was a one and done listening experience for me . If you value your time don’t waste it here .

Bad info
On the zoo episode, of course someone that works at a zoo won’t say anything bad about them. How about getting more than one perspective.

Silly
I wanted to like this podcast but cannot stand the silly, stagy voices the hosts adopt. Is the target audience adults or middle schoolers? Skip it.

Condescending tone
Any potential the podcast had was lost when you started talking to “Mr. Malone.” Felt talked down too. Who’s the target demo?

Great show!
I am someone who, when I have a question I go down a rabbit hole to get the answers! This show does the same thing so it’s a blast to listen to! Nikki is an amazing host (if you haven’t listened to Dying For Sex you should) and Malone is a hilarious side kick! Looking forward to what’s to come! Love you Nikki! 💋💋

The dynamic duo strikes again!
Love the concept of this show and Nikki and Malone together are a true match made in heaven. Love their energy! My favorite part of the show is right before the guest speaker when they’re interviewing people out in the community. Simply the best!
