Brute Force is a real-play comedic RPG podcast blended with in-character narration. We play a campaign of FATE Core (we started with World of Darkness) set in the high fantasy world of Eorith. The adventurers are a party of monsters tasked with saving a world that barely tolerates their existence.

A Titan Among Actual Play Podcasts

This podcast is a delight. Adam Bash is an amazing storyteller and the cast is excellent. Always a delight. It’s also a show that sweats the small stuff, whether it’s the ongoing framing story that bookends each episode, or the little touches that get added along the way. Excellent production and has the best theme song of any AP podcast. The only thing that could make it better is if it came out every week!

One of my favs

Please don’t read this on the air. But this is one of my favorite role playing podcasts. So good that a few months ago I started listening to the older ones again just to dig in deeper. The ladies are so awesome. The guys aren’t bad either. Lol

This podcast is a fabulous joyride

Friends, it's Corpse lover Gary here, telling you that if you are still undecided on whether or not you want to give Brute Force a shot, don't be. Listen to this podcast and fall in love with the story and the players just as much as I have. Fantastic world building, a story with high stakes, a cast that has great rapport with one another, and great music are just a part of what makes this podcast special. The hardest part is knowing that I have 2 weeks to wait before I can once again hear "Greetings fine patrons, welcome to Guilded Ram Groghouse and Tea Room"

Best Piecast Around

A skeleton, a harpy, a fox, and a bush walk into a bar... this isn’t the start to a joke, it’s the Brute Force! Mort is by far the star of the show, and the fox is pretty ok. This podcast has drama, comedy, and adventure. It’s guaranteed to leave you traumatized, but it’s worth every minute!

Great podcast and great cast

Hey potatoes! This is a great podcast that I fell in love with and binged! Cammy is a great character and a good addition to the show! My only complaint is that I thought Clashtiger was a real a real tiger. 5/5 pies would listen again

One of my favorite podcasts!

I’m a big fan of this good ol’ podcast, it’s one of a few I listen to religiously. The characters are well built with strong personalities but they have room to build on themselves as any good character should! The story itself is wonderful and the balance of seriousness and playfulness is perfect! Ps I love Cammy so much and I’m glad she’s a permanent installment

Where all are accepted

As an individual that recently came out as minotaur, I enjoy a series full of 'monsters' and odd characters. A Hero is not the feathers, clay, bone and fur you see, but the heart of the person you rely on when the dice of fate roll and the pies are flying, that we are all counting (horse) on. Acceptance of differences and foreigners in this goofy, fantasy world with a chaotic hyena spreading misinformation might show us how to better live in our own parallel fantasy world. Fight on. We believe in the Brute Force.
