Reviews for Bro History - Geopolitics & Foreign Policy
Progressive listener review
I’m fairly progressive in my domestic political views and I like this show a lot. It’s definitely an alternative take on mainstream perspectives of geopolitics and news. It pushes back on standard conservative and liberal narratives which is refreshing. I do wish they were a bit more accurate with fact sourcing and figures. I know it’s conversational but sometimes certain things seem like they’re being recalled from something they read somewhere at some point, etc. Otherwise, great podcast and very interesting topics.

More of a news commentary show than a history podcast, but spot on and hysterical.

Fantastic break down of the so called Iranian tanker attack. I appreciate the fact that you guys actually issue corrections. The MSM most certainly does not. Share and support this show, these guys are awesome !

Terribly ignorant with a perverted display of facts.

I like this podcast but i feel recently there's too much time spent on apologizing and scheduling. Hey, as a consumer of your content I don't care when its out as long as its thoughtful and insightful and on a somewhat regular schedule. Hearing something like "gonna wrap this up because I have other podcasts to work on" is kinda like...okay? Lol. Basically, I wouldn't have noticed you weren't on top of things if you hadn't spent 1-2 minutes every episode apologizing. Hey, we're human -- it's cool.In anycase, I appreciate your conversations in this podcast, even side GoT conversations. I wish more shows covered these topics with as much personality and casual humor. I fall asleep on other Foreign Policy podcasts because they feel more like history class, unlike this. Thanks!

Recently came back to this show after a couple a month and I'm impressed with the improvements this podcast has made. I really enjoyed the stuff on Yemen and interviews with Roy Casagranda. Looking foward to more episodes.

The interview with Richard Black is a must listen!

Pretentious host and guest hosts like to use big words but lack actual knowledge of the events they’re talking about. Gave them the benefit of listening to a few shows but just couldn’t anymore.

It isn't always easy to find friends who are interested and knowledgeable about Geopolitics; but with Henry and Danny’s calm and down to earth nature, I feel like I am part of the conversation. It reminds me of when I was friendly with my history professors in college.

Liberal Progressive. Love alot of your talk during my work day man. Shows me to see things from a different angle and open dozens of webpages to do research. Keep up the great work man

A welcome break from the quotidian radical leftist perspective on current events

The hosts don’t just tell you what’s going on in the world but discuss/debate it and give fresh perspectives on current issues/history outside the mainstream. My favorites are when they talk about historical topics. Would be nice to see more shows in the future on China and Latin America both current events and history. Also really respect having both left and right perspectives on the show. Love the show, highly recommend.

Having geopolitics in the name I think would be good because current events help to set the stage of geopolitical interests. Either way like the show and I’ll keep listening either way

I think having geopolitics in the name is a very good idea. I would have never have found you otherwise. Keep up the good work

Hands-Down, Solid Show. Great guests. Great information. These guys make the hellish quagmire that is foreign policy easy to understand. More importantly, they make it fun. That goes a long way in helping any listener to learn and remember the most crucial events that have happened in history that continue to happen as the powers that be refuse to learn from their mistakes (quite deliberately, most likely). Subscribe, Rate this 5 stars, and share this show. Keep up the great work, gentlemen. Thank you.

This is one of the best shows in the world right now. Henry gives solid coverage of the Middle East and it can be hysterical sometimes, however, the guest these guys get are fascinating. The Senator Black interview was absolutley bone chilling.... Higly reccomend to anyone who needs a redpill on foreign policy.
