Ridiculous

After the 15+ years of “living” in NYC, these two sound more like tour guides than guys from the 5 Burroughs.

Love the stories!

My father’s family emigrated to New York City back in the late 1800s and early 1900s. These historical accounts give me a glimpse of their world back then.

👍

This is my favorite podcast, especially when I am doing projects. I’ve never been to New York, but feel like whenever I do make it there I will have so much more knowledge and appreciation of New York. They bring the past alive with their history lessons of landmarks and people who helped develop New York. I can vividly see places with their descriptions. Also, their guest they bring on are never boring!

National Treasure

This a great podcast. The narrators seem like family and I could listen to them forever. I love my city and pride myself in knowing it’s history, but Greg and Tom always teach me something new. They are the best. They are definitely a National Treasure.

I Want More!

I am really enjoying listening to the history of sites that are still relevant today in NYC. I would love for you guys to dig deeper and maybe extend your podcasts another half hour:D You guys are great and entertaining, it's not a boring history lecture. Oh yes, I really really enjoyed the Armory Show podcast, and I suggest more art-themed podcasts! Yay!!
