This is a must listen

I value my time more than almost anything since I can't yet create more time. I'm intentional with my time, as well as what I read, listen to and who I spend time with. When the founder of The Institute for Functional Medicine, the creator of Functional Forum, Evolution of Medicine and kNew Health come together to educate us on true BOLD health and how to navigate this world abundant of fake news, disengoueous companies and a country where sickness is more common than health you know it's going to be really good. Plus one of them has more post-nominal titles than most of us :) Seriously though, I'm digging what I'm learning so far. Thank You James and Dr. Bland!
