Finally, someone who doesn’t come across as over elite and explains things!

My favorite part about listening to Ben and his show is that Ben clearly has an abundance of well researched and tested knowledge. But he doesn’t come across as so elite that following him is useless. He talks to the listeners as if they are his best friends asking for help. Even the quick shows start with a “how are you? I hope you’re awesome!” and oddly I feel like he’s seriously saying / meaning. that and not just using a good opening line. Ben and his guests have really expanded my food / training knowledge and continue to do so. Thanks Ben, thanks Tom, and thanks to your guests!

So much learning!

I've been listening, trying to catch up for over a year, and I finally got around to reviewing! It's unbelievable how much I've learned listening to Ben and the multitude of guests he has on. He's so incredibly intelligent and on point with his info. Awesome!

Thursday podcast

Well done on your last podcast, I been a PT for 16 years and own a small gym, I love fitness’s and very passionate about training and helping people, I agree with you at the Industry at the moment is very poisonous with a lot of people just Focus on their egos and not helping people it’s all about likes and selling them selfs . Getting the word out about it is amazing, well done keep up the good work 🙌🏻

FantasticPodcast - keeps you motivated to eat well

Great podcast - thoroughly enjoyable and informative. Episode one is not the place to start so dont judge it from there. There are almost 300 episodes and most are truly fantastic. Give great unbiased science backed nutritional information.

Awesome content

I love Ben's interview and discussion style. It's very relaxed but clearly very well informed and open to always learning. I've only recently discovered this podcast and have become obsessed with listening to last episodes. I really enjoy the balance of fitness information, but more importantly the sheer diversity of mindset and wellbeing style content. Just an awesome listen for fun as well.

So Scientific!

I found this podcast a little over a week ago, and I listen to NOTHING else while I'm in my car. Ben Coomber and everyone on the show is experienced and knowledgeable. They give their opinions, which are reasonable and logical, but they really focus on the science of everything. I've really enjoyed nerding out on this podcast. I competed in a competition last year, and it demolished my hormones, metabolism & will-power to continue. I'm a personal trainer as a side job for a local gym; thanks to that, my inner motivation to grow bigger and stronger, and this podcast, I'm finally killing it. Love Ben and Rachel!

This guy needs a standing ovation!

Since I was huge fan of Layne Norton I was lead here from his recommendation and couldnt be happier. Top notch guests and one of a kind hosts (Ben and Rachel). Great information, no bs and all the fantastic things you would expect from a Fitness professional who isnt a quack. Highly suggest listening from DAY 1!

A MUST LISTEN TO!

Wow. This podcast has truly changed my life and my view on health and fitness. Ben is an outstandging guy! Real, down to earth, and honest. We need more like him in this industry! I started listening to this show about a year or two ago and Ive actually listened to the whole thing in its entirety, twice now (And I see a 3rd and 4th time in the future). I'll admit I wasnt a fan of his first co-host and almost stopped listening to the show. But Bens energy, positive state, and awesome guests, kept me coming back for more. As the show grew, he switched co-hosts to the AMAZING Rachel Guy and BOOM I was sure I would never listen to another podcast again. But as he introduced me to more and more interesting people in the field, I started to branch out and follow some of THOSE awesome people who are willing to share their stores and those of the people they find most interesting/influential. And now, a podcast list that once just held Ben's show on it, has a multitude of of other health/fitness shows that I am constantly learning from and being inspired by!I could honestly go on and on about this podcast and how you HAVE to give it a shot. I actually recommend it to just about everyone. Those new to fitness and those that have been in it for quite a while. Anyone and everyone can take away something from this show.Thank you Ben for taking the time to share so much information with us! I cant even imagine how much work you put into this, and your company, and the multitude of other things you do. :) Its been a pleasure following you on so many platforms and Im so grateful to have found you on here! Best Podcast I’ve Ever Listened To

I have a very extensive background in nutrition and fitness, so I’m surprised to say that listening to Ben Coomber Radio has absolutely changed my life and my way of thinking, and has vastly broadened my knowledge of health and wellness as a whole. Ben is a delight, and he genuinely cares about educating people on living a healthy and well-balanced life. I love the mixture of interviews and Q&A episodes, and I always can’t wait to hear the next episode. The podcast has really helped me find some balance and perspective in my fitness pursuits, and I really appreciate its focus on holistic health. I could go on and on, but it’s truly an amazing podcast for ANYONE. Whether you’re absolutely new to nutrition and fitness, or you’re a competitor and dietitian like myself, you’re going to learn and grow so much from this jolly man.

BEST PODCAST EVER!

I love this podcast. I have told literally everyone about it because it has truly been an amazing source of knowledge and information for me. It has reminded me of what sparked my passion in the health and fitness industry in the first place - which is the health aspect (and not just solely the aesthetic aspect). Ben is funny, witty, and incredibly entertaining to listen to. I am so glad that I stumbled on his FB page which led me to his podcast. I have almost gotten through all 170+ episodes in about 2 months and I think it is truly changing my life and perspective. All of the guests on the show have been amazing and have also provided really great insight. And of course his co-hosts have also been really insightful as well. I definitely plan to take Ben's BTN nutrition course some day in the near future...! :) Thanks Ben- you're awesome!
