I’ve learned so much

I’m now looking at ASMR as a science instead of purely a soothing sensation. I am now quite interested in research findings. This podcast helps me feel calm & learn at the same time. Thank you for making this podcast.

Informative and Relaxing

I am loving this podcast. It’s great to learn more about ASMR and the delivery is lovely. I also use it in the evening because my baby picks up on my relaxed state and will go to sleep more easily!

Best ASMR podcast on the net

I've listened to all of your podcast episodes and they always relax me making it easy to sleep. I found the podcast very informing and interesting to see how asmr was started and has evolved. Also I noticed your voice changes a little bit when you read quotes which always triggers my asmr. Thank you for the podcast and I can't wait for the new episodes.

An exceedingly calming podcast

I found ASMR accidentally on Youtube about a year ago. My initial trigger caused me to realize just how much I enjoy listening to people whisper and how rarely that actually happens in adult life. So I became an ASMR enthusiast. And so in searching for ASMR podcasts, I found Dr Richard's podcast and have been a happy subscriber since the beginning. His episodes get better and better, even adding in segments of ear-to-ear speech. In the episodes, he whispers through elements of the history of the ASMR phenomenon, covering the online presence and even individual ASMR-artists. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who enjoys ASMR and/or the relaxing sounds of someone speaking softly/whispering.

A truly amazing podcast

Doctor Richard truly appreciates the ASMR community, and as a high school student with tremendous amounts of stress, I'm thankful that I can unwind to his relaxing podcast, and learn about how this amazing art form was started.
