This really is a fantastic show!

I’ve enjoyed every episode, and I think I’ve probably actually listened to every one. Well done. One question, how could it be that y’all have never done Ruby Ridge?

An absolute nail biter every time

No matter the scandal - From the Hari Krishna Murders to Watergate - Lindsay Graham and the team do an amazing job at telling a compelling story that constantly leaves me on the edge of my seat wanting to know more.

Any American Scandal or History Podcast!

I’ve been listening for months and finally decided to pay the monthly fee for no commercials which is a great deal! The choices are endless and done really well. Narration is everything and that is also done beautifully. Most end with someone who has written a book and/or is an expert in their area. I can’t say enough! This has made my 100 mile a day round trip drive to work a “can’t wait to get in the car,” experience. Than you!

Suspenseful and need to hear more!

I love a good mystery mixed in with history and “Watergate” is the perfect compilation of that! I can’t wait to get to the next episode. It is strangely similar to the events currently happening in my ongoing court case with corrupt judges and officials in the South Carolina family court.

    Thank you!

Thank you so much for interviewing Kathryn Olmsted. That conversation is one I have been wanting to happen in the face of the current prevalence of conspiratorial beliefs, true & false. Thank you!!!!!! Exactly the tone and questions I’ve been asking myself and my circle.

    Not a Dud in sight….

Lindsey’s recreations and research fuse into a seamless narrative that have the power to outrage, draw introspection, refresh recall and often leaves you enthused by the journey he takes you on. Churchill once said - ‘the further back we can see the further forward we are likely to peer’ - this quote stands up when listening to American Scandal.

    Terrible voice re-enactments

They use two women to speak as two male hunters. Dumb writing too.

    5th grade level history

It’s a very well done podcast. It’s easy to listen to and well put together. It’s just not a podcast who anyone who wants more then what they teach a 5th grader. There are many better podcasts that dig deeper into different ideas then just the main stream theories.

    Brilliant

This is an amazing show, entertaining and informative. Kind of makes you miss the old days when we thought Nixon was the height of presidential corruption, then 2016 rolled around we learned we could go a lot lower.

    Lacking

American Scandal is a great podcast and I've enjoyed many episodes, primarily most of the older seasons. I was disappointed in the Waco series due to a lack of information that wasn't brought up shown in the hearings years after. There was an immense amount of evidence that showed the FBI (not the ATF) agents were still firing their weapons when the gas was introduced, primarily in the direction of the main tower where a majority of the women and children were hiding. This was all well documented with FLIR cameras from a surveillance plane that was circling above the compound during the event. All of this was discussed at the hearings years after the event and can be found in other documentaries about Waco. Watch the documentary "Waco: The Rules of Engagement" it's an entirely different perspective and is much more accurate than the story Wondery portrays.
