Serious insights, delightfully presented

Each episode deals with pressing issues in modern psychology, new research, and promising therapies. The presenter is a real psychologist with a refreshingly down to earth approach.

Lovely programme

Claudia presents psychology in a very interesting, insightful, and stimulating way. It deals with everyday issues - and complex issues through a psychological perspective. Kudos to Claudia and the BBC.

Ms

I love this programme. I'm so glad it's back. Claudia is a great interviewer. Another similar podcast series is RTE Mind Matters which is equally excellent.

Great education on the go

I put AITM podcasts on in the car. They provide plenty of interest for adults and teenagers, are topical and informative. Recent episodes looked at which revision techniques work best, neuromyths in schools, and mental illness in prisons. The programme usually covers 3 subjects and includes input from people affected. It is newsy and fairly fast paced.
