Just listen to your guests

The constant interruptions of the host are mind numbing. Let the guests tell their story. Learn the difference between and interview and a conversation.

Love this pod

I love this podcast so much. You can hear the caring in Arlina’s voice as she interviews people. She gets great people that just want to share their story to help other people know their not alone. And to also know there is hope of recovery.

Awwwww. Ohh. Ahhhhh. Annnnoying.

Really trying to like the podcast cause the guests and content are good. I cannot get past the hosts shallow, condescending, pandering fake sympathy every 2 sentences. Your dog of died? Awwwwww. Your father molested you and killed your entire family in a murder / suicide pact. Ahhhhhhhh. Oohhhh. Just stop.

One of my favorites

Arlina offers a nice variety of speakers and interviews to give a broad perspective of a variety of types of recovery thru their experience strength and hope. This is definitely in my top five!

Unique viewpoints on alcoholism, addiction, and recovery

The host really cares about sharing her experiences and allowing other viewpoints on the sometime controversial subject of how people get sober.

Learn More

Was excited to find this podcast. However, after I started to listen to the episode on porn addiction, I turned it off after a few minutes. I would encourage Arlina to learn more about this subject. To have someone on there saying watching porn and acting out is bad but acting out with R rated movies is different would be like having an alcoholic on there saying its ok if they get drunk on beer but not whiskey. There are a lot of people suffering with this addiction. They need our support and encouragement.
