Is she serious? She does zero research on her guests.

During the interview with the gentleman building the Airbnb hotel in OCEANSIDE California it was clear she did zero research on his project. How about looking at the project prior to the podcast so you can speak to it? Sound is also terrible. Sounds like talking through an tin can tied to a speaker wire.

Hey Rachael, listen when you ask a question, lol

I have nothing bad to say about the content. The information is great and informative. If you want content, give it a listen! I had to turn it off though because she talks over people. I was listening to the podcast about using Airbnb with social influencers. She would ask the guy a question and then talk over him. Gave me anxiety just listening to it. She asked for his background and he got as far as where he grew up and went to college before she started in on herself. Don’t want to be too harsh but listen more than talk.

Information is helpful

Rachel knows her stuff and her podcast and online course have been so helpful to us as we get started with our vacation rental business. We were looking for a podcast with resources presented in a helpful and accessible way that would help us. Rachel's materials and podcast have been just that!

Could be better

I appreciate some of the content, but other things don’t make sense. Like some opinions she has ($20/yr for Ecobee service is not too expensive unless your margins are razor thin). The sound quality and editing is about a 3/10. There are too many edits and the edits are quick cuts and all the sudden she saying something else and it does sound not good. If you’re making that many edits that shows me lack of preparation.

Tin cans

If you like hearing a tin can with a string type audio this is for you. I felt like you had two girls talking through a a stringed can to an adult. 2019, do better.

The history of black travel and fitting in now

I have gotten some good information from this podcast in the past but this particular episode “the history of black travel and fitting in now” was the worst! I am insulted by this whole interview. I thought this would be informative giving listeners and potential travelers guidance on dealing with racism on the site which happens far to often as a host and as a guest. But your aim was to single out black travelers as ignorant to the rules and culture of AirBnB not to inform and educate. Referring to people of color as NUBs and pointing out all of their wrongs and how they need to do better on the AirBnB platform just shows your racial and culture bias and your own sense entitlement. When telling you story about a bad guest that had a party you quickly pointed out “she just so happened to be black!” The mention of ethnicity is inflammatory and divisive. I, to, am a long time AirBnB host and I have had issues from time to time with Caucasian, guests that lack what you call property AirBnB etiquette. Black, white, Hispanic, Indian, Asian whatever! It’s not specific to any one ethnicity. It’s just human behavior. I’ve had bad guest from all walks of life. But I don’t single anyone out because of their race. Let’s all be mindful of our predisposed bias and work towards dismantling them. AB.

A True Inspiration

Hi Rachel, I’m eighteen years old from Long Island, New York and I’ve stumbled upon your YouTube videos to get some entrepreneur hustle ideas. I adore strong women such as yourself because I did not know any growing up. Please continue to keep growing your business and helping others. Your podcasts are resourceful and inspiring. It would be an honor to connect with you, as I am seeking a mentor as well in business/professional development. In return I can help you in social media engagement and content creation (editing, for example). This podcast is a must listen to for hosts for Airbnb and individuals in the real estate world.
