A Point of View with Dixie Crawford is a podcast discussing leadership in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Leadership comes in all different shapes, sizes, economic backgrounds, education and locations. It is something that comes natural to many and while others find their strength and wisdom and leaders while standing in their truth as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Series 1 of A Point of View focuses on leadership in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and the role cultural identity, connection to country, kinship and community shapes the way we turn up each day to a) succeed in what we are each doing and b) challenge the status of what is good enough for Aboriginal people in Australia. These conversations are raw, hearty, direct, insightful and have the greatest sense of purposefulness to inspire individual and collective activity around change. We discuss education, employment, business, politics, community, relationships and everything in between that celebrates and strengthens the brilliance of First Nations custodians.
