I’ve been working with my coach for about four years now, training as a powerlifter, and about a month and a half ago decided to finally pull to trigger and compete next year as a bodybuilder. The first thing I asked was who do I need to be listening to, and how can I be mentally preparing for this show? He sent me here, and I am so glad he did. Y’all have helped change my perspective on so many topics, and even helped me inadvertently fix my form on a few things. I am excited going into this year and a half+ journey to my first show, and I am grateful for the support and education y’all provide. I recommend you to anyone I know who lifts and/or competes.
