Had to quit because of Tony’s bigoted political bias

One of the few decent podcasts for the Wild. Tony gets to be much and sometimes political. And kind of a jerk. When you talk to him. Arrogant blowhard

The Premier Minnesota Wild Podcast

The HWP is the premier Minnesota Wild podcast. The sound quality and production are superb and far better than all of the other Wild hockey podcasts available. The hosts use a good mix of fancy stats and the good ol' eye test in their commentary. I appreciate their objectivity in evaluating players, coaches, and other teams in the league. The occational tangent also makes this podcast fun to listen to and the hosts do an excellent job of making you feel like your are discussing your favorite team with good friends while enjoying an adult beverage of your choosing. I eagerly await each new episode, especially in the off season, to get my Wild hockey fix.If you are a Minnesota Wild fanatic this podcast needs to be on your playlist. Subscribe now, you will not be disappointed.

Fun with solid analysis

Great podcast! If you like the wild, this is a must listen. The analysis of games and trends in players is usually pretty spot on. The use of advanced stats to support their arguments is refreshing and Tony is entertaining to listen to. They pump spurgeon’s tires and defend Dumba so I wish I could give them even more stars

This is so fun to listen to!

Listening to this podcast is so neat, I wish I could join you guys sometimes. Leaving an amazing review, asking questions, and posting on the web page under the FanPosts is about all I can do, which is fine. Any suggestions with figuring out how to flow with podcasts? Started my own, so was curious how you guys figure things out or do you guys just go with the flow? Thanks, BathroomStaal

Great hockey podcast

Solid hockey talk with a sense of humor. Good mix of analytical breakdowns with a fan's rubidity that makes it feel like your are hanging with some friends at the hockey bar. Excellent breakdowns of potential outcomes for the expansion draft. +1,000 points to Tony for the mention of The Lillingtons (the greatest pop-punk band of all time) last episode!

So glad I found you guys

I was born in Burnsville, and now live in NYC, and let me tell you hearing you all makes me feel like I'm home again. I love the comedic and light hearted way you approach the Wild. Makes me feel like I'm having a few beers and talking to my friends about hockey. Keep up the great work, and congrats on the 100th episode! You got a fan for life in me. Go Wild!

cutting edge

If you can't get enough Wild news and talk, this podcast is a must. Informed and passionate about hockey, but also casual enough that it feels like you're having beers with friends. Tony and Joe are great hosts.
