I would give 5 stars if podcasts had descriptions
I don’t like when I click on a podcast and it has no description. I would upgrade it to 5 stars if not all the descriptions for recent seasons were about mental health resources. I otherwise love this show and find it riveting. It’s so good.

Joining the FB group…declined for not answering questions, but I answered both from what I can see. I asked about it, but was just declined again with no way to ask about it.

Letter to Tiffany
I’m so proud of you, Tiffany. I always look forward to Thu when your new episodes come out and I knew that from your empathy and by the way you relate so compassionately with your guests that you have been there. I know your mother must have her own story to tell about why a body structure equals success, but good lord. I’m so glad you are able to have the insight that you have, to support your community emotionally the way that you do and I suspect you are a very loving and encouraging mommy, as you encourage your community. Keep it up, and thank you for being vulnerable by sharing. Xo

Love the info
I am really loving this podcast, one of the best pro-women help shows I’ve listened to. You can tell there is a lot of review and good paperwork trails, which I appreciate. My only problem is when there is the loud and distracting background music. I wish all of it was just the talking so I can hear and understand what is being said. Thank you!

Thank you Tiffany
Season 16 has so far changed my life and my relationship. Hearing your story thus far gives me all of the feels because my husband and I can both relate. Thank you for sharing your story and thank you for being so brave to do so

Great content, wish there was less F%+#+# words
I enjoy the stories and think they are important as they make you more aware of what kind of dangerous people are out there. My only dislike is that I wish the host (and the guests) dropped less F bombs. My ears feel like they’re bleeding at the end of each episode.

2023 I’m binging season 1
I love this story and can’t stop listening! I kinda wish the histrionic background music was lower or not there at all. Looking forward to the next story.

It’s not just you and not just a certain decade.
Love the show and author. Just wanted to say that the world is full of messed up families. It’s not just the 80s or 90s. It’s families generation after generation as far back as humans existed. We don’t know how to be appropriate with others, especially those in our close knit families. We don’t get to choose families until we are older and by then the damage is already done and the cycle continues for most. Love how the author is bringing all this to light today for her story and others. Great podcast that sadly most of us can relate to. Written during season 16 episode 3. Peace.

Season 16
Ive listened to every season of SWW and have gleaned so much from the stories shared. Every person’s story is a five star story, including Tiffany’s. My rating reflects podcast storytelling and the departure from the show’s established format-the logistics did not set up this story well. There’s a lot of personal processing going on in this season, which casts the listener as a fly on the wall in a therapy session. This is uncomfortable at times and the listener is given way too much info. The uncomfortable feeling was also rooted in wondering if this story was ready to be told. Contrast this to the stories that have been shared here with a purpose to inform. Tiffany asks questions of those women as a fellow listener and keeps the story moving with relevant details - she does a great job. This season doesn’t maintain this focus - and losing that objectivity as she shares personally is to be expected. But of all stories, this personal one deserves the most time and care. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So Invalidating Now …
This podcast started off with such promise, providing a platform for individuals who have endured deeply traumatic experiences to share their stories and reclaim their autonomy. As someone who personally experienced sexual assault at a very young age, I initially found the podcast to be incredibly impactful. However, I am disheartened to see how its focus has shifted towards stories of petty roommate drama, former playboy bunnies, and social media influencers seeking clout. By including these trivial narratives alongside the genuine accounts of survivors who have faced assault, toxic relationships, and abuse, the show diminishes the voices and experiences of those who have endured truly egregious circumstances. It feels invalidating to witness such diverse stories being treated as equals within the same category. The podcast's original values and dedication to shedding light on important issues appear to have significantly changed. While everyone's experiences are valid and have their own merits, the decision to feature stories that seem more aligned with entertainment rather than genuine survivor narratives is disappointing. It not only dilutes the impact of the show but also risks trivializing the very real struggles faced by victims of assault and abuse.

Love
I absolutely love Tiffany’s voice, she’s probably the best host for such topics. She’s sweet, humorous when appropriate and people’s stories are always easy to follow (credit to whoever edits these). These are very sensitive and personal topics and unlike a lot of more famous hosts (who may or may not have someone asking for certain details in order to make a buck or two) she’s not pushy. I applaud her work and even though I can’t relate I listen regularly. due to a plethora of mental challenges I know that I happen to fit the description of someone a crazy person would target and this podcast really hammers home for people like me that not everyone is nice and not everyone is worthy of trust.

Probably an interesting podcast BUT
I have to say no to this one because of the f word, the fact that she has come through this ordeal is an amazing story but the language stops me from listening until the end. Words matter to me and she’s smarter than her f bombs.

I love this podcast. Tiffany is very involved and knowledgeable. I noticed alot of changes during the Audio Chuck era ( I'm glad she is confident without them)

Great podcast
I think this podcast is helpful so you recognize red flags, and also helps you come to terms with your own issues. I had an very abusive brother and I finally had the courage to cut off contact.

One of the best advocates doing a podcast
As someone who’s experienced CPTSD and has similar experiences to most of the people that share their stories on here. I’m happy to see one of my favorite voices is here to tell her story and be so transparent about her history takes it to a different level of engagement. I’m glad to have a community like SWR to feel validated and able to help others and myself to speak out.

Bizarre
Sorry, girls… can’t listen anymore when you have to throw the F word or GD in so much. Totally not relevant to your story! “Profanity is the effort of a feeble brain to express itself forcibly.”

Great podcast not worth premium subscription
This is a good podcast. It’s interesting for the most part . The premium sub isn’t worth it however . If she’s busy you can tell . ❤️
